Goods were delivered broken and faulty , it would’ve been very obvious to the person packing it that it was broken/faulty as the eye makeup was all over the outside of the box . It couldn’t have happened on transit as it was so well wrapped. Tried to take it back to HOF Cardiff, ‘oh no , nothing to do with us’ !!!

The socks are fine but the box was damage seeing this is a gift l was not satisfied with the packaging.

I placed an order on 21st November and today is the 30th November and I am still waiting for delivery. My order includes Xmas presents I want to send to family in Australia and need to get them sent ASAP otherwise they won’t arrive in time! I have done all of my Xmas shopping online and this is the only one I am still waiting for. No update since dispatched on 23rd. Not impressed.

Would only ever shop in the sales as quite expensive. Missed something off my order and couldn’t add to it which meant I had to pay another £4.99 delivery for 2 things to come on the same day!

Not happy paying £5 for delivery and it sneakily was added. And it was sent by Hermes which is the worst carrier.

I ordered a pair of tea lights, when I received them I was only sent one and it also came broken. I complained and after over a week of chasing I received a response and they advised the second tea light was going to be sent out. I received this a day or so ago and, again. The foot was broken off. I doubt these two instances were HOF fault and more that of Hermes, but it is widely known that Hermes have a reputation of being rough with parcels so HOF should know to be careful when sending fragile parcels via them

Items ok I hope!! Christmas presents.But considering you pay a hefty amout for p&p this was diabolical,one of the items had come out of its box and was loose in the bag...

Had to return the item as the security tag was still on. I didn’t yet receive my postage cost or even a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience! I’m a very good customer but this left me very dissatisfied

Generally very pleased with House of Fraser orders, but this time there was no individual packing around the delicate items. Everything was packaged together in an unpadded bag. This resulted in the candle (in a glass jar with plastic lid) arriving smashed up. Luckily it didn't damage any of the other items. I'm all up for minimal packaging being used, but this was never going to arrive in one piece, and we now have to waste time going through the returns process.

I received a faulty product. The outcome was good in the end (a replacement product) but I had to send 3 emails before I got an outcome. It would be easier to complete this process by phone rather than email.

Trainers were brilliant as expected, but boxes were damaged in transit. Luckily the trainers were for me as I wouldn’t have been able to give them as a present without the box. Otherwise, all good

Ordered expensive items, had to pay for delivery and due to the value of the couple of things I had to return, very expensive to return special delivery. Will be sticking to using companies with free delivery and returns. And not yet had confirmation of return and refund.

Shops OK but I will never order online again. Every item damaged so unable to give as a gift. I'm disabled and can't get to a post office to return.

I have emailed you regarding the glass bauble that was sent wrapped in a piece of paper no bubble wrap or box and it arrived in 100 pieces- little disappointing and no response to my email
