“I bought a cp company hoodie it was £220 in the shop ordered it on line for £150 I saved £70 . How can it be such a difference? Apart from that good service delivery came the next day .”

“I purchased a Michael Kors handbag as a 21st birthday present at a great price online but was a bit disappointed when the bag arrived just in plastic packaging with the bag covered in MK thin paper which was ripped when I opened it. When I purchased my own MK bag in New York it came in a nice cotton drawstring bag - even a paper/cardboard MK bag would have been a nicer touch as it’s for a 21st birthday gift”

“All in all a good experience and not my first time. The only thing I would say is when your purchasing over £300 of goods then delivery should be free. And allow amendments to be made when order is placed, like add additional items instead of making another order and pay further delivery charges.”

“Pleased with the range of clothing but disappointed with the £4.99 deliver cost and return postage to be paid. Difficult to get hold of Customer Services when their is a issue. I ordered a lounge set (top and bottoms) however only the top aero and I had to send several emails to explain the fact.”

“Bough Stevie jeans in grey & white. Grey ok white totally different size. Both were ordered same size. Returned the white and found I had to pay for the return. Not great when there’s so much online ordering nowadays, so that puts me off ordering anything from H of F again to be honest. Ordering easy, Delivery quick.”
