“Ordered some lovely Aveda lipsticks at a good discount. Quick delivery although a bit expensive. However as the lipsticks were reduced it wasn't a problem.”

“3 of the 4 items I ordered were perfect however the reason for my 4 star review is the box that the Ralph Lauren men's trunks arrived in was very battered and dirty and I was unable to give it as part of a present as intended as it looked awful. Very unusual for HoF to be so shoddy.”

“I purchased 2 t shirts for £123 and the size large didnt fit so i had to pay postage to exchange them for xl which i think is wrong as i was spending over £100 if i didnt want t shirts fair enough”

“Quick delivery service & items arrived within specified time slot. I had to order more than one item for size, so had to pay to return. Online purchases couldn't be returned to store, which is inconvenient as the store opened this week. Most stores are offering free returns but HOF don't.”

“Great selection of clothing for all occasions, including sportswear. Homeware seems to be less extensive now. Customer Services are slow in responding and the delivery charge for Scotland, when returning also is at cost, make it less competitive to John Lewis who are free on both delivery and return. A recent issue with HoF store card has not been fixed after more than a week meaning no 'lockdown' offers could be maximised.”

“New Customer- I found the website easy to use and got some great bargains in the sale. Really pleased, would’ve been 5⭐️ and I ordered again a few days later 🙂. I paid extra for next day delivery as I needed some items asap. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive on time. Although I appreciate the goodwill gesture of £7.99 refunded I am now having to return the items at my own time and expense.”
