“Disappointed, I ordered 2x separate tops, but for some reason, I received 2x identical items? I have always been happy with the service I have received in the past, but I was let down this time! What went wrong?”

“My dress arrived as described and looks great. Only downside is having to pay for for delivery and returns. I’d have ordered far more if it had been free like the majority of shops these days.”

“Good selection of products and availability and delivered fairly quickly. On the whole satisfied with service though recently paid for next day delivery but there was a delay in dispatch - received a promotional code which didn’t work and response to my email of complaint was not addressed. You also have to pay for returns so I am very careful with my purchases as returns become costly.”

“I ordered Biba towels which are lovely and well made, plus I ordered a bath mat which I thought would match- I ordered Blush and got a very dirty looking dark and dingy beige with a hint of a pinkish colour.. I am using the bath mat as I am in need of one but I don't like it.”

“I ordered a large number of items. HoF was efficient and I was sent parcel 1 in 2 days and parcel part 2 arrived in 4 days. Excellent packaging and the fragile items were well wrapped within the well wrapped overall package. My earrings however were just thrown in at the bottom and that was disappointing.”

“Purchased 3 products. Quickly told one was cancelled as unavailable, disappointing. Second time this has happened in as many months. Other two products were dispatched quickly and very happy with both. Two out of three ain’t bad. Thanks.”

“Bought a Tommy jeans essential puffer jacket for my wife’s birthday,the size guide is definitely inaccurate,she is a 14 in everything she wears,but she just about fit into a 16,I originally ordered a 14 as per size guide and it cost me £11 to return it(a bit much when the size was in accurate).Both original and return delivery was very quick,the coat is very good quality,so the only issues are size and having to pay for expensive return cost.”

“Was a little surprised there was a delivery fee due to how much I spent. Was also surprised that the designer handbag wasnt packaged in a box just a plastic bag with tissue paper used to ‘keep the shape’”
