“Purchased polo tee shirts. Nice quality and they were a good fit. Delivery was very quick and Best of all they were NOT CHINESE! I find HOF very good.”

“Very nice colour and very comfortable to sit on. Good value for money. A little stiff at first getting it into position. Armrests could do with being a little wider for me. Handy for putting in the boot for day trips.”

“Fast delivery and fast refund for returned items, only thing I would suggest if free refunds!”

“Disappointed ordered two pairs of sketchers size 39. One pair came in 36. I logged onto contact line when I saw the order was incorrect and the reply said to get refund when picking up order. Unfortunately I could only get a credit note in store. I expected refund on my card so really didn’t want a credit note nor go to post office to post this back.”

“I like HOF and it is a store my husband and I use. However we won’t be doing much ordering online as you pay delivery for it to come to you and then if it’s not right you have to pay to return. Therefore, like has happened to use on a couple of occasions recently, you spend around £10.00 with nothing to show for it. Paying delivery one way is fine but both is a bit excessive.”

“Excellent delivery Good quality Unfortunately one shirt still had the security tag on, causing me to go into city centre, pay for parking, visit House of Fraser to get the tag removed, so much for saving money on internet buying”
