“Great items and speedy delivery. Just a shame you have to pay for returns if there’s no store locally (we do have one, but it’s currently closed for refurbishment)”

“I enjoy a bargain now and then, great way to save money! Just a bit of a gamble if anything needed exchanging or returning really, due to the policy, the cost can be off putting when this happens.”

“Jewellery was lovely really pleased with it. Great quality. I was however disappointed with the deliver I paid £7.99 for delivery and found it on my doorstep when I arrived home. Anyone could have helped themselves to it.”

“Great online shopping experience. I received my order in a timely manner. Losing a star due to having to pay for delivery, given the total value of spend of my order- free delivery was not offered.”

“Great service, the returns service/process could be improved tho. I made one order that arrived in 2 parcels, unfortunately an item in both didnt fit well meaning I had to pay for 2 returns. I would also like to see the return form have more codes than just the three listed with additional ones such as bad fit/uncomfortable.”

“Great quality goods - can normally find what I am looking for and delivery has been great. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is due to the post and packing charge. Perhaps a tiered system? and if spend is over a certain value and under a certain weight it should be free as with other retailers”

“First item perfect. Second item same but different colour ( pale denim blue) but faded in certain areas . Looked like sun damage. So I’m not so pleased as with first item.”

“It would help if additional information on the product is given from the manufacturer. For example, shoes often run sizes short or "true to size" etc. Without this information, it's not possible to make a decision on £100 shoes only to have to return them later.”
