What I did receive is top class however disappinted to only received one item despite being advertised as 2 for 1 - raised the issue with Customer service but no response received. Expected more from H of F to be honest. At least a reply.

Unexplained delays in processing my order. Customer Services hid behind the difference between calendar days and your notion of 'working days'. If you want to survive, first make the limitations to your service very visible before the point of sale and , better, get up to date with 7-day working week. Plenty of people are looking for work. Please with the product.

Bought a ‘valentino’ purse for Christmas present not realising it wasn’t actually Valentino but a cheap copy i.e. Mario Valentino House of Fraser immediately refunded with no drama

Overall service was good, but was still able to purchase something that was out of stock. Had to then wait for a refund. I shouldn’t be able to purchase items that are out of stock.

I’m not happy with being charged £9.99 for a 2 man delivery for a parcel 18cm squared. A tiny vase inside costing £15 shouldn’t bump up the price so much. Having said that, this is the only issue I am unhappy with and the rest of my experience with House of Fraser was great

My order came to over £250 and I did everything in one order to get TWO of the Charlotte Tilbury Eye Makeup offer. I should have put in 2 x separate orders or one from H of F and one from another store eg: John Lewis. I particularly wanted two as stocking fillers for my Granddaughters. Item damaged and leaking can't return as post office won't accept as it's literally leaking Have sent many emails to CS had nothing back when I call I get cut off Xmas gift so imperative someone replies but so far feel let down - unless resolved my trade goes elsewhere from now on Images of issue all in CS emails - need resolving asap but have no reasonable means to contact you which is frustrating and poor

I would like to have given 5 stars as the service was excellent, sadly although the fruit bowl itself was in tack the box was very damaged. So had to apologise to the recipients of this gift for the sorry state of box.

Not happy with the fact that you won’t give a cash/credit card refund in store for an online order that you have paid £4.95 delivery for! A credit voucher is not acceptable if you don’t live near a HOF store. Reduce postage and click & collect (why is c&c not free?!)charges and offer the customer a cash refund.
