My order came to over £250 and I did everything in one order to get TWO of the Charlotte Tilbury Eye Makeup offer. I should have put in 2 x separate orders or one from H of F and one from another store eg: John Lewis. I particularly wanted two as stocking fillers for my Granddaughters. Item damaged and leaking can't return as post office won't accept as it's literally leaking Have sent many emails to CS had nothing back when I call I get cut off Xmas gift so imperative someone replies but so far feel let down - unless resolved my trade goes elsewhere from now on Images of issue all in CS emails - need resolving asap but have no reasonable means to contact you which is frustrating and poor

I would like to have given 5 stars as the service was excellent, sadly although the fruit bowl itself was in tack the box was very damaged. So had to apologise to the recipients of this gift for the sorry state of box.

First order, will absolutely be the last. Half the order missing, dreadful ugly Sports Direct mug thrown in for some reason. An absolute shambles.

Not happy with the fact that you won’t give a cash/credit card refund in store for an online order that you have paid £4.95 delivery for! A credit voucher is not acceptable if you don’t live near a HOF store. Reduce postage and click & collect (why is c&c not free?!)charges and offer the customer a cash refund.

Awful, pay for delivery and have to now pay to send it back using an expensive way to send it back. Can’t take back into store anymore. Not only this but my items were delivered dirty, maybe even already worn by someone else! I have queried this nearly a week ago but I am yet to have a response back. I have already spent £45 on sending items back I now have to spend more money to send back items delivered damaged!!! Terrible service, company doesn’t encourage repeat business or care about customer experience.

Few items in my order were cancelled. The next day one of them was still showing stock? Why was the stock showing if they have'nt got? Received order with 1 item, a gift set with mug, damaged, handle broken off in 3 places. Very poor packaging for cup, just a thin bubble wrap round it. Nearly cut myself on part of broken handle. I have contacted and was asked to send a photo which I did. Have not heard anything since. I will be chasing up.

Product arrived all broken unable to get any telephone number to sort as same issue last year . I thought by paying expensive delivery it wouldn't happen again but it has these are Xmas presents took 2 months to resolve last time

I have juste received a £290 order in a white plastic bag with no protection (bubble wrap) inside. The plastic bag is damaged in several points. On 11 items I ordered 1 Is missing and 6 are damaged and cannot be offered for Christmas. I am very cross by the lack of care the items were sent. - UGG classic tall box seriously damaged - comptoir de Matilde chocolate broken in several pieces - petit baby dinner set spoon damaged and box damaged - Ted baker travel organiser silver outside damaged - Ted baker A6 notebook 99 multi missing - yes studio mug broken - Petit collage bear activity box seriously damaged I cannot give any of these gifts. Can I have a replacement of these items asap?

Delivery process was terrible paid for next day delivery And never received it until 5 days later. When try to contact house of Fraser they have no contact number. Then upon emailing them I still have not received a reply. 8 days later. Terrible. Customer service really poor.

Ordered set of 4 Denby plates Received box of 3 plates and 1 large piece of cardboard No reply to emails No reply to messages on Facebook Customer service phone not answered No web chat service About to launch PayPal dispute Says so much about new ownership that this once trusted brand now so dreadful
