Terrible ordering system. Non existent customer service

I ordered some foundation make up and the incorrect shade of colour was sent. Sent back for an exchange and they sent the exact same shade back to me so I now have to send that one back again. My original order was on the 18th November and I still don’t have the product I need

Terrible - only 1/3 of my order arrived and I still haven’t managed to get a refund for the missing 2 items. Told to fill out a form with customer services and they would pass on to management. Ridiculously bad customer service.

Don't know where to start....very disappointed...especially the bailey,s. with 2 glasses offer...I know it was reduced to £12 ,but please try to wrap glass a little bit better...a tiny piece of bubble around the middle of the box rendered 2 cracked glasses and a mashed box....couldn't give it for a present...and not the couriers fault...the person who packs these items should be replaced......

I won’t be ordering from HOF online again. Paid £4.99 delivery. None of the items fit. Told if I wanted refund I could not return to store (they’d only give me exchange or gift card!) so had to post back...which cost me a further £9! So I’ve paid £14 for postage with nothing to show for it. HOF cust services disinterested and unhelpful. Very disappointing from such a major retailer not keeping up with the changing times of retail, when John Lewis offer FREE delivery (or FREE next day collection - brilliant service) and FREE returns. I know where I’ll be shopping from now on...

I have placed an order recently and have not received any of my parcels yet, its been more than 10 days, I have tried contacting you but its impossible as there is no direct number and my email has not been answered yet. This is not a very good reputation for a big company like you, I am not happy at all with the service I have received and need to request a refund asap please. Never buy from house of fraser

Out of stock, 3 days after I’d ordered, so Re-ordered as was still showing on website in stock, and ten days later still not received !! However had email to say was coming from “sports direct”, obv using house of Fraser platform to sell sports direct stock..... ( they have merged I know)

Got sent wrong order, they asked for proof, sent photos and then never heard from them again. Apparently I have to pay to send it back!

I have recently purchased 2 suitcase online of which I have to return not satisfied..Hof40000063645206..The post office wants me to pay 70 pounds for return. I will the coampany to send a courier to pick it up or other free alternative.

Poor customer service - asked for something to be resolved but the customer service representative seem liked he was putting off the issue. Asked to make a complaint , speak to manager and a number to speak to someone and he still has done any of this. I remember the days that this company was all about service and being on point but now... I don’t know why people shop here! Would be great to talk to someone!

I sent an email to house of frazer on Monday after tried calling several times on Sunday and Monday stating that I did not received my item from hermes on Saturday. The person and door the sent to my phone is not me nor my door. I am waiting to hear back from houses of frazer.

Awful experience buying online, I will never shop at House of Fraser again. Charged twice for goods. Then held my money for a week.when parcel arrives all but 1 of the items I ordered were missing. I am still waiting for a replacement or a refund, while they are investigating!!! So disappointed

Tryed to return product instore only to be told ,I have to post it back to depot and pay for postage ,not impressed as it was a pair of trainers and postage cost £10 ,I won't be ordering online anymore 😢

The product that i ordered was described as a regular fit shirt however the shirt i received is slim fit. I have had to return the shirt at cost to me. The only reason being is the product had an incorrect description. Very disappointed and feel i shouldn't have to bear the cost of the return.

Absolutely dreadful. House of Fraser is the worst company I have dealt with in the past few years. I ordered 3 items and on delivery one of my items was missing. There is no telephone number to call, there is no webchat to use and there was no response from them when I tried to email them twice. It took 2 visits to the Telford store to convince them to refund me for the missing item. If House of Fraser do not improve their customer service I can't see that they will be trading for very much longer.

Item arrived damaged. It was returned by Royal Mail Recorded delivery 14 days ago and they have not acknowledged receipt of the return, or processed a refund. I cannot find a customer services telephone number that works and they have not responded to any emails. Dreadful service.
