A review.... ok, you asked, a review you shall get. Quite frankly I think your service is shocking, your customer service is even worse and the name House of Fraser should no longer be associated with this excuse of a store. Despite the national lockdown there was no consideration given to spending vouchers in store rather than on line, the item ordered arrived in a less than shabby state, in fact it was embarrassing, the box was dirty & crumpled and the contents were not much better. It looked as though it had been old stock found at the back of a dusty shelf & posted out. The response from customer service when I complained was to advise me that they would give my feed back to the warehouse manager - nothing else was mentioned. I returned the package ( at my own cost as was the delivery charge) and asked for a refund - only to find an email sent earlier today advising me that my parcel is now on its way to me..... I do not want a replacement I want a refund! So, I would give ZERO stars to HOF for this review, however I cannot submit it without clicking one.

1 item is missing from the order and it takes long time to get a reply from the customer service. Mind you for buy 1 get 1 free product you need to put 2 in the basket to validate the offer. I only put 1, silly me. And there are notes saying “complimentary masks are included” in the package but the notes are all I got, no masks. Considering I ordered some masks too but orders were cancelled due to out of stock. How disappointing is that? Customer service claimed they can’t “further send the complimentary mask”, sounds like I was cheeky enough to ask more complimentary mask, despite I ordered 17 items from them. Not a fun shopping experience.

Sadly I can only rate them as poor as 10 days later I still don’t have my order that was dispatched a week ago. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times via email and social media (postcode error on my order) with no response. I’ve also tried to phone but am either cut off or it just rings with no answer. Also heard nothing regarding the promised £20 Black Friday voucher. Very poor service sadly.

Ordered men’s ok 3 boxer shorts which arrived with a tatty box which was opened and the top pair screwed up with the security tag on them. The ones with dye. On my day off I then had to queue for 30 mins in queue at post office and pay for their return. So NO not a good service, no customer service to call either.

Item had scratches on it which was clear should not have been sent out!! Then i find you dont refund only credit note or exchange. I wont be ordering online again!!!!

I would not recommend online shopping with HoF. I ordered a pair of Jack Wills joggers in navy. However, the order confirmation stated 'grey marl'. I was unable to contact HoF - no telephone number and no response to email. Sadly, I will not shop at HoF in the future.

Terrible company, half of order missing, no voucher for £100 spend on 2 orders, don't answer emails or messages or facebook, avoid using this company at all costs, they just take your money and ignore you

The sale tag on the garment was £13.00 cheaper than what I had paid for it, then a further £4.99 delivery!! Not even sure this is legal??
