Shocking service. Avoid at all costs. Item dumped ln bins, then unable to get a replacement or refund due to company policies

Not very pleased as empathy doesn't seem to run in your business. I understand money makes the world go around but empathy has its place. I am a valid customer of yours and when I point my point across as to issues with delivery, returns and refunds It wasn't dealt with in the kindest way, myself being physically disabled. I am now very reluctant to purchase anything from House of Fraser again.

I ordered a Barbour jacket size12 and it arrived November 16th. I returned by registered post on November 19th requesting a size 10. On Nov 25th I contacted them for confirmation that the item had been received. Their response was to send me the original tracking email. There is no way you can contact them. Phone lines are dead. Will NOT buy from them again

I chose to order from House of Fraser which I understood to be a reputable Department store. However my order arrived badly packed with items missing. Clearly there is a massive missing link in quality control. I have attached photos. I contacted customer services but have received no response. All in all their customer service and bad service in general. In future I will order from other establishments like Marks & Spencer is who I know look after their customers.

So far I am very disappointed. I need to communicate with them about a wrong item sent but you do not get a reply, you can not reach them by phone or webchat. Very frustrating, will not buy from again.

They returned my order back beacuse i didnt write zip code and normally for our countries we dont have these kinds of codes

Main item of the order was out of stock two days after placing the order. No option to cancel the remaining items which were barely more in total than the delivery cost. Poor all round.

Absolute joke! Selected delivery to a shop as knew I would be at work and didn't want to miss it. Got an email to say parcel couldn't be delivered and money would be refunded. Ace laugh... now product out of stock. Complete waste of time.

I ordered a fascinator which was packaged in a bag rather than a box and because the bag was too small anyway the fascinator had been folded in half to fit the bag and so by the time it arrived had a permanent fold and was unfit for purpose. Several emails later I have received a full refund for the fascinator and original posting and currently await reimbursement for the return postage (notably £3.10 instead of £4.99 charged by House of Fraser to send the item to me). I find it difficult to understand why a business such as House of Fraser would not just acknowledge they have made a mistake rather than put the customer to the further inconvenience of sending numerous emails before they will return the customer to their original position. Would definitely think twice before shopping with House of Fraser again.

I bought a TM Lewin shirt and I was extremely disappointed at how it was packaged. The plastic it came in was open and the shirt looked like it had been rolled in a ball and shoved back into the plastic. The shirt was bought as a Christmas present and has more creases on it than anything I’ve ever seen. Not the packaging or service I would expect from house of Fraser.

!!**Terrible**!! During Black Friday promotion 'get a £20 voucher when you spend £100' House of Fraser (HOF) cancelled completely several orders stating "you have placed a duplicate order....We have cancelled this duplicate order for you" Isn't it for me to cancel an order? Then I ordered a candle and a wallet and got an email stating that the candle is "temporarily out of stock" What a complete waste of time, null and void promotion that was. I doubt with their t&c I will be getting any vouchers back. Don't bother with the Customer Service Team either. It's not fit for purpose. !!**Dire**!!

I am still waiting for my items and have not been contacted by House of Fraser to explain where they are. I tried looking for a way to contact HOF on the original email receipt but only offered options to cancel etc. My order ref was HOF 40000063419275

I forgot why I don’t order online from here, or sports direct but swiftly reminded. All of their stock comes from the same place. Ordered a Michael kors handbag spent over £200 charged £5 for delivery when it arrived it was in a polythene bag and that was it. It had black glue all down the side of it. You’d think it may come in a gift box of some kind. If you order online you cannot return it in store which seems ridiculous instead you have to pay for delivery to return it. So these shops are good value but only if you can purchase in store to see what you’re buying and be safe in the knowledge you have a receipt and can return in store without ridiculous charges. Also was promised a £40 voucher to use on future purchases? Where is that? Never arrived 👎

Quite disgusted by recent purchase of Mac make up brushes for my mum Thry csme outdide Box whivh was flat Plastic Couldn’t get hold of anyone in HOF Won’t buy here again No bubble wrap over really expensive brushes More training needed I Think !!!!

Not a fault of there’s but the delivery company didn’t send the the right address, and they also gave a blurry picture. However house of Fraser have still not got back to me over this so that is awful customer service, and I am very disappointed. I will not shop here again, especially As I paid 4.99 for delivery and it didn’t even get here.

Paid next day delivery for my item, I never received my item until 8 days later! I tried to phone them but I had no joy, I sent an email asking where my item was and for a reimbursement for my next day delivery charge of £7.99. I never had a reply to my email for a few days, stating my item was lost in transit, and HofF were resending. Oh and I didn’t get my £7.99 back but they will give me 10% off my next order and a free delivery next day delivery code!!! Shocking treatment from HofF, no wonder they are struggling with this type of customer service!!!!!
