Horrible customer service, after paying for next day delivery over a week ago, I still haven’t received my time, this situation hasn’t been helped by the awful customer service department

I purchased a Lacoste jacket and ordered wrong size, sent back and correct size ordered which was exchanged perfectly however, the size they sent out was covered in black marks on bottom and the cuffs were discoloured. Sent an email no reply plus had to pay to send it back. Feel they should of refunded money to send it back with an apology. Poor customer services.

packaging damaged, delivery costs are high and you have to pay for returns also. not offering easy options like other competitors!

Yeah still waiting for it to be delivered... certainly not next day delivery as advertised when ordering... but you do use Hermes as your courier so as expected from that joke of a company. Disappointed

Shocking customer service. I was sent a package of broken shard glass (dangerous!)and all contents were destroyed by liquid and poor packaging. Several attempts made to get a replacement. Im still waiting and HOF wont respond to emails! Don't even deserve 1 star

I just ordered a pair of expensive designer shoes for my husband as a Christmas gift and i was send a display one which means the colour off its dirty and there is signs of wear on them ! Cannot believe this !!! Super disappointed with house of fraser , will never shop from there again .

Items missing from parcel and box damaged inside of parcel, box actually torn not just battered. Several emails sent to complain but have had no response from customer services Will not use again and will complain to regulator

Ordered items not delivered. Hermes' proof of delivery a blurred image of a light - not proof of anything. Slow response from House of Fraser - requiring form filling and further waste of my time, and no response at all from Hermes

Had to order twice as first order didn’t arrive and sent many emails and eventually only person to speak to was in Jenners store Edinburgh in the phone. 2nd order too small. Very disappointed in the service from a premium store

Very disappointing! Placed an order for numerous items Order was placed successfully online Later received an email stating 1 of the items is not in stock therefore a e-voucher has been issued. A few days later received another part of the order via post which only contained 1 of 3 parts (Missing 2 parts) Chased and was told they will re-order Got an email stating item is also out of stock! What a false! Waste of time! Such poor customer service! Will no longer be ordering from them again!

Ordered a pair of boots on line to big didn’t have smaller size asked to send them back though Royal Mail cost me £9.00 didn’t even get my £10 voucher they promised me when l ordered them , not a happy customer , won’t be ordering anything else from them .

Absolutely appalling - AVOID - have been sent premium Beaty gifts in an unprotected bag meaning that every single box is bashed & torn. They are unfit to give as gifts.I have been trying to resolve this with House of Fraser since 15th November. It's virtually impossible to contact them to open a case in the first place. Then they ask for photos (sent 3 times). Each time they simply close the case with no attempt at a resolution. Don't like me think that this is a reputable company. This by far my worst "customer service" experience in living memory. ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN!!!

Not very pleased as empathy doesn't seem to run in your business. I understand money makes the world go around but empathy has its place. I am a valid customer of yours and when I point my point across as to issues with delivery, returns and refunds It wasn't dealt with in the kindest way, myself being physically disabled. I am now very reluctant to purchase anything from House of Fraser again.

I ordered a Barbour jacket size12 and it arrived November 16th. I returned by registered post on November 19th requesting a size 10. On Nov 25th I contacted them for confirmation that the item had been received. Their response was to send me the original tracking email. There is no way you can contact them. Phone lines are dead. Will NOT buy from them again
