Had issues with product I have bought. Recieved no response to acknowledge photos of issues. Not happy with customer service from a company I used to think were very good with customer service.

Having ordered on line this Xmas from peer brands such as Barbour; Ralph Lauren and Abercrombie &Fitch the House of Frasers service is the slowest , the only one not to keep you up to date with your order delivery and by far the poorest packaged and presented. Added to this the stock appears to be last seasons for many brands and the offers not as competitive as others.

Extremely disappointed. My order took much longer to arrive than the 3-5 working days and there was no next day delivery available. When I contacted HoF to inform them I had tried to contact the courier to locate my parcel but had no response I was only provided with the tracking information, which I already had explained to HoF I had been using. When it did arrive the parcel was battered and dirty. The internal packaging of several items was damaged and ripped. To add insult to injury I now have to pay to return items. I have always received excellent service from HoF but this experience has been extremely poor.

7 days still waiting for product been with courier hermes since Saturday night now it is the following Saturday still not here

Very poor service, item due 6 days ago, numerous emails sent requesting update and no response. Service and item purchased both non existent. The worst after sales service I have experienced.

Tried to buy Vegas raiders jumper with writing on was sent completely different Raiders jumper with just logo on.

I happy you have received my order but not so happy about having £129+ to pay on my credit card and not received my order nearly 3 weeks later. I have emailed you 1 week ago and not even had a reply. I don’t see why I should have to pay my credit card, or get charged interest, when you have taken money from my card and you haven’t even got the goods. Most companies do not take payment until the goods have been dispatched. I will now have to find some money somewhere to order Xmas presents for my family until you decide to refund my credit card. I really did expect this kind of service from House of Fraser.

I bought the Levi’s boxer shorts and sock gift sets which came in a tin. When the products arrived 5/6 of the tins were damaged. Very dissatisfied as we can not give these as gifts in this condition.

Thought £4.99 delivery charge steep for £90 order, but when the parcel finally arrived (after 5 days) I was appalled. Everything just chucked in loose into a flimsy grey bag with no protection at all. Ted Baker flask was all dented & Ted Baker glasses box scuffed. Didn’t see why I should have to pay to return & re-order so contacted customer services, who arranged free return. I explained in detail what the problem was, but when the replacement arrived it was in exactly the same condition. No effort whatsoever to improve the packaging. This time, two Ted Baker flasks dented and glasses case box scuffed again. I am so disappointed as I was relying on these for Christmas presents and have been created a load of hassle which I could really do without right now. I am having to return the flasks yet again, but none now available to re-order. I have decided to keep the glasses and try to patch up the box, but remain very unhappy. Iain in Customer Services tried to help me the best he could, but apart from that what shocking service! In addition to that, no wonder House of Fraser are struggling if they are having to discard unnecessarily damaged expensive products, and fail to provide a satisfactory on-line service.

I made a purchase worth about £250 and I needed to just exchange 1 item because the size was not right but I was told it was not a free return or exchange. I had to return it because I wasn't prepared to spend another £8 should the size not be right again. This is really appalling.

Had to email everyday asking where my goods were, Three weeks later told two items were out of stock and the other item still hasnt arrived, no one replied to my emails and could not contact anyone by phone. Very disappointed.

I have not received my order I have emailed customer service 4 times and still NO REPLY, been very stressful and frustrating I want a refund and no one is answering the phones!!!

Appalling lack of customer service. First delivery was smashed, you replaced and second delivery was smashed. shards of glass within my delivery. Still waiting for a response despite numerous messages. They were a present for my daughter earlier this week...

I received my order but one of the items (a large scented candle) was damaged. The glass was completed smashed. It was wrapped in bubble wrap but then sent in a plastic bag with the other 2 items which were quite heavy so no wonder it was broken !! I have tried to ring numerous times but keep getting cut off and I have e.mailed them with the required picture of the damaged item 3 times. I have had no response whatsoever so I am extremely disappointed with the service and also not being able to contact them or having no response to my e.mails .
