Packaging abysmal items received damaged, no telephone no to speak to customer service 3 emails and 4 days later item return organised for replacement, replaced received again just in plastic bag and damaged. Given up. Further items received in separate parcels, scratched. What is going on? Don’t order unless just clothes.

No info on site about the fact you have to pay for your own returns! Also no contact number for customer services & impossible to get a coherent response to an email.

I ordered a tshirt it arrived with a security tag on it and I haven't been able to reach them since. Dunno what to do they won't reply to my emails. Rubbish

I ordered on 6 th November 4 things in total. It is now the 25th I have received 1 item. I have sent in an email, and I have enquired through the web site, asking where my order is. The total cost of my order was £155 which has been taken from my bank. Still I have received no communication from house of Fraser. I am very angry and disappointed.

Terrible, asked for a cancellation and got told no and then when it arrived it was outside in the rain for 3 hours

Big order placed ...high value items and fragile .....all arrived today just in one grey plastic bag .no protective wrapping ..everything damaged, glasses smashed ceramic biba mugs smashed , shop floor damaged items with sale stickers ,whole lot will delivered back to the store for a full refund ...had I realised it was no longer the old house of fraser I would never have placed such a high value order ....shocking !

I purchased 2 flower bomb perfume sets for 85 pounds each both came broken iv tried numerous times to contact and sent pictures iv just been ignored disgusting service and I will never be shopping with this store again.

I placed and order and one of the items was obviously taken from the shop floor as it had a reduced ticket and security tag on it! I have emailed 3 times and have still not had a response after 7 days!

With shops currently closed, I think it was terrible customer service that after ordering over £600 worth of goods, I had to pay postage to have them sent to me and then pay postage again to return them.

charge for delivery - fine fair enough but then they charge you for returning a product that didn’t fit... will never use hof again. better to find the item in another store and order from elsewhere

I think the delivery service for Jousr of Fraser is awful. The customer service isn’t much better either. It’s a shame as it really was one of the places I enjoyed to shop. I just won’t in future too unreliable.

I placed an order online but had to return a pair of Adidas trainers as they looked very cheap. I returned them via post as that was my only option however had to pay £9 to send them back. Absolutely disgraceful. I will not be buying anything from you again.

Products were a good price hence placing an order, however, for there on it was dire. Contact by live-chat or phone was non-existent and response by Customer Services was dire. Such a shame as I really want to support HoF and their store in Leeds.

I ordered four Christmas decorations. The ordering process was easy and the package arrived quickly. So far so good. However, upon opening the package, I was very disappointed to find that each of the decorations was damaged in some way, with bits broken off or chipped. None of the broken off pieces were contained in the packaging, so the goods must have been sent out already damaged from the warehouse. What happened to your Quality Control, HoF? I've now had the hassle of repacking the items and joining the queue at the post office in order to return them - and pay for postage myself!

If I could give zero stars I would. My order of 3 x chutneys gift boxes ( Christmas gifts) were delivered with ALL the boxes damaged making them unsuitable for gifting. NO response from you even after sending photographic proof as requested. NOT the service I have become accustomed to with your company. I have lost all faith in you. Please rectify this.
