My package took about 4/5 days to be delivered. One of my items came in a box and it was damaged (cardboard). Nevertheless makes the present look bad. I paid £5 for standard delivery even though I spent well over a £100. The other item we chose to return I couldn’t believe it when I had to take it the post office and was charged £8 to send back. As the item was worth over £80 I needed to insure the return package for the same amount. I said to my partner I will never buy anything from house of Fraser online again.

My order consisted of 6 bars of soap- Christmas gifts. There were only 4 in the parcel delivered although the invoice/delivery note clearly showed 6. I have since sent 3 e mails including the initial customer complaint through the company's web site. I have received only automated acknowledgements. There does not appear to be a customer services phone number on the website making any contact dependent on HOF responding... I am extremely dissappointed. It remains to be seen if the complaint will be resolved- or indeed if the company make any human contact.

My glass baubles that I ordered were shattered with glass everywhere! There was no bubble wrap or protective. Then they were out of stock to order again. What’s the point of paying for shipping for broken items?

The customer service is verry bad.I order shoes and they send me just left shoe.So i have tried contact with them many times via email coz number is not working and no reply.So i left with one shoe.The worst company in uk.

Out of the 5 items I ordered, 2 were out of stock and 2 arrived shattered due to poor packaging. Email sent to customer services, still awaiting a reply.... why should I pay a delivery charge when 4/5 of my order didn’t reach me? Wouldn’t Recommend.

I ordered 5 items from House of Fraser, 4 of them were in gift boxes for Christmas. My items arrived in a plastic bag, when I opened them 3 out of 4 of the gift boxes were damaged or squashed, and one other item was snapped. I tried to complain about this and they told me that the gift packaging is just there to protect the items?! So there is nothing they can do. Very unhappy, and STILL awaiting a reply after I was unhappy with the response

Paid for Next day delivery before the cut off time and it didn’t arrive in time, when I emailed them they said it was delayed, so I emailed back asking for the next day delivery back and didn’t get a response. Won’t be ordering from here again.

You sent the wrong items and trying to speak to someone or get a human to respond is beyond the House of Fraser's ability, and I have the pleasure of paying the return postage when it wasn't my fault. So Thanks a bunch as I would give minus star if I could

Absolutely awful customer service, I am actually really shocked. No phone number to call, take a week to reply to time crucial emails, no apology, no refunding of next day delivery cost. Actually never had an experience like it. Will be making a formal complaint.

We contacted HoF by email over a week ago to complain about the condition of goods received, we did not receive an answer so had to take the goods to the store to be exchanged, very poor customer relations, at least the store had the courtesy of exchanging the goods.

Yes I purchased an item and when I received it the package was damaged the presentation box badly damaged I have emailed house of Fraser with photos and Iam still waiting for a reply hopefully they can resume this problem shortly

I have spent over 500 pounds with 2 separate orders but 4 T shirts out of 5 T shirts did not look new one. One of T shirts had a lot of small holes and I had to return it. Hopefully I will get my money back soon.
