My goods haven’t arrived due to yet another Hermes delivery. Emailed HoF 3 times since last week. Not hear a thing. Please check emails and messages for customers like me!

Absolutely awful! Am still waiting for my order which I should have received last Friday via Hermes and HOF and Hermes are yet to contact me back. No customer service number to call unless to speak to a robot . Am £100 down and still no where better. Am appalled

Ordered a Michael Kors purse, when the goods arrived it was the wrong colour, returned for an exchange to the correct purse enclosing a picture of desired item but when the second delivery arrived it was exactly the same wrong item. Contacted HOF via email they asked me to send pictures of the delivered item, that was a week ago and I’ve had no reply. I’ve been on the website to find a contact number so I can actually speak to a human being but this isn’t available. Tried webchat but that’s never available either. Totally flabbergasted that such a large organisation with a huge high street presence has such poor customer relations.

Paid extra for next day and items came in separate deliveries and more than a week after ordering did I receive confirmation that they had processed my order. If staffing is low due to situation then extra paid services should not be offered up

Very disappointed that I bought two packs of Calvin Klein underwhere, supposedly reduced to £30 each, only to read on the packs that they were sold at 2 packs for £55 in the store. I feel misled!

The Barbour hoodie I received after waiting longer than I anticipated absolutely had been worn and was very over pouring and smelly of old perfume!

Part of my order arrived in a bag which contained breakable Christmas biscuits which were to be stocking fillers, the tubes of biscuits had come open so all the biscuits were loose and broken and the tubes were crushed, I contacted customer services and received a prompt automated response asking for photo evidence of my query. I sent said evidence and Since then which has now been 5 days I have had no response I have emailed 4 times, tried to ring 2 phone numbers which do not exist and I have left 2 Facebook messages with no response so I think it is evident your customer service is shocking, please can I have a refund or at least a response to a solution to my delivery. A very dissatisfied and disappointed customer

Free gift advertised was not available. Gift sets I purchased both had items missing. Customer service was terrible. I have been a loyal customer to house of Fraser in store. I will not be shopping online with them again

3 times I've placed orders with a free gift offer, some requiring £100 spend and everytime they've given some lame excuse for not sending it! They need reporting to trading standards

I ordered lots of products from House of Fraser however, when I opened one box it was an empty box! This would have been extremely disappointing on Christmas morning. I have tried to email customer service several times - no response. I've tried to call customer services everyday - call just cut off. Today I have had to pay to return the empty box in the hope that someone will either send me another or refund the item. Terrible customer service.

After years of being a House of Fraser customer, I will never buy from them again. The company has become a farce, with non-existent customer care. I received damaged items (Christmas presents for family) - the damage was entirely due to everything being posted in a large plastic bag. Emails to customer service are ignored, and their phone line cuts you off. After direct tagging, I eventually got a reply on Twitter. Apparently company policy is to send any, and all items only in plastic bags. No protective packaging is ever provided, even for fragile items! No wonder customer services is overwhelmed with disappointed customers, their ridiculous packaging policy ensures that anything breakable / crushable will most definitely arrive damaged. Thanks House of Fraser, for making this year just that little bit more rubbish.

my experience with you was not good .I ordered for next day delivery and it came 3 days later.i paid extra so I expect to get it on time.also when my parcel did arrived it had an item missing.am still waiting for a call from you guys..I have sent emails regarding the issue..still no reply..still have recieved my full order..very dissapointed..wont be ordering online again

I have placed an order over two weeks ago! No response to my emails or web messages!!! Quick enough to take payment? But where is my order? And why no contact telephone number available to ring???? Poor, customer service! Absolutely fuming with this kind of service
