Will most definitely NOT be using again. Placed an order for £180 and delivered by hermes, Hermes took a photograph of my parcels by my closed front door - didn’t ring the bell or knock despite someone being home. When checking the front doorstep where the parcels were allegedly left, nothing there. When contacting house of Fraser, they have done nothing but be evasive. They also sent me a form to complete that cannot be edited, when pointing this out, they stated that nothing could be done until this form was received. Absolutely diabolical handling of the situation. I’m out of pocket due to incompentant customer services and dodgy couriers.

Terrible customer service. Really dissatisfied as I didn't expect this from HOF. I was sent used clothes, ripped bags, wrong sizes, and didn't even get a sorry for the inconvenience from your advisor

I received a very poor service - I ordered an eyeshadow palette online and when it came it was damaged. I then contacted customer service and they did no offer to send me a new despite the items costing £45. I am still yet to have my issue resolved.

Very poor that you charge delivery for orders in excess of £100 my daughter spent nearly £400 and had to pay delivery and then you have the cheek to charge customers to return items I will not be shopping online or in store again! Very very disappointing

Extremely disappointed with my purchase. Ted Baker baby booties arrived with a hand written scroll saying "on display " Ted Baker baby dress and pants arrived minus the pants. Completely unacceptable.

I bought more than eight hundred pounds and had to pay for express delivery. Your company only sent it in bags, and the packaging was all broken, so you couldn't give gifts. It was a terrible experience

The item would have been excellent had it not arrived broken to pieces. The packaging was a small piece of bubble wrap and put in a Polythene Bag !!!!

Item arrived in dirty,ripped box. Inside the trainers were not even wrapped in the tissue paper just thrown in. Very disappointed

Really expensive postage, sent the wrong item, emailed you last Wednesday and still no reply. So won’t be using you again

I placed an order on the 21st of November and upon reviving the confirmation realised I had been charged incorrectly for one of the items. Contacted HOF via email but have not had a reply. In the meantime, I got an email to say my order had been delivered but on checking the couriers POD, it was left outside my place of work with no card, no signature required and no parcel to be found. I have since contacted HOF again but have had NO response to either email. To add insult to injury, I then receive an email asking me to review my recent purchase!? I would appreciate a response as I am currently without Christmas presents ordered and nearly £100 out of pocket!!

Hunter wellies priced at £50 on the site. Arrived with 2 reduced price tickets on stating sale & priced at £35. Response from HoF poor. You have just lost a “privilege “ customer.

I received my items fine but when I opened the package a lot of the goods were covered in sports direct price stickers . Someone had tried to to remove them and made a mess . Some of prices were cheaper than what I had been charged. These items were for Xmas gifts so I cannot give these to anyone as they look a right mess . I will be returning all items . I also have just read returns are not free . I will not be purchasing anything from house of Fraser again. I used to be able to count on the quality of goods .one very disappointed customer

Not impressed I was allowed to order something which was already out of stock! I don’t understand why you would allow for this. Then I had to wait days for the money paid to be refunded to me. Just not a great experience and can’t say I’ll be shopping with you again.

Sorry to say item received very different from the photo having paid £4.95 delivery and to add insult to injury when returning the item it was recommended I tracked it with Royal Mail that was another £4.95 to return still awaiting refund
