Very disappointed. Ordered 2 only 1 arrived. Contacted customer service who said other may arrive separately. 2 weeks on still no item . If out of stock why no email explaining and why is the item still advertised on their website?! Very poor customer service and very disappointed!

Unfortunately the item that I purchased for a present was sent badly marked. I emailed customer services 6 days ago to ask them if a replacement could be sent as I was worried it would go out of stock but other than the generic response email I have not had a reply. I now have to send the item back and claim back the returns postage later and re order again, which frankly compared to every other online retailer is extremely poor. I am looking to order elsewhere as I have no confidence in your company

Received my items in a bag no packaging to protect them from being damaged. Opened bag to find one item damaged, contacted customer service on numerous occasions had no response. Very bad service!! Will not be purchasing again.

Wrong item delivered. Customer services ignoring emails despite asking for proof the incorrect item was delivered now won't provide a postage paid label to return.

I ordered 2 tins of luxury cookies in the first week of November. Almost £10 each. Both were received with a best before date of 20.10.20. I have emailed customer service and sent photos but I have not received any reply. Furthermore, a bracelet in this same order has not been received to my address. Despite it being marked as delivered. Again I am yet to have any acknowledgement from customer service regarding this issue.

Ordered an expensive UGG baby gift. When it arrived it was very poorly packaged, the Ugg box was battered and bruised and obviously had been opened. I reported to customer services along with photos and heard absolutely nothing back. I cancelled snd returned the item as faulty, had to pay the return postage which I am most unhappy about. I’ve contacted customer services once more about this because, although I’ve been informed that I am to receive a refund of the item price, the cost of return postage has not been refunded. HOF return policy states that I should not have to pay to return a faulty item. I await a reply....and a refund.

Your driver left my parcel in a bin on a busy street and it got robbed. Sill Iv had no reply from your customer service. Never again.

Still waiting to to receive my order after 13 days. Despite contacting ‘customers services’ twice by email, I get an automated response saying my product dispatched - that was 9 days ago. Clearly something has gone wrong and HoF can’t be bothered to do anything about it. This is the last time I will ever order from this company - with the retail market in such disarray you would think retailers would care more - clearly not.

Service received here is shocking for a store like House of Fraser. Ordered gifts for Christmas which have all arrived damaged and no promotional gifts as advertised. I emailed numerous times with no response. Would definitely not recommend to order online with them again.

Not very happy. Placed the order paid the balance then when items were delivered they clearly stated they were cheaper but I was still charged full price. Trying to get in touch with house if fraser custom care is a joke
