I did not receive the parcel from you because the courier company you use does not deliver parcels. 11/11/2020 I bought pants from you and today it is 20/11/2020 and I still haven't received the package. change application the courier company may be more expensive but more reliable

Description of items is inadequate on the website - resulting in items being received that were not as shown. I now need to send them back as they aren't fit for purpose but still haven't heard from anyone about a free returns label. As a big organisation, it is not acceptable to not offer free returns as standard in this day and age.

Customer satisfaction!??? You’re having a laugh! Ordered a coat that was reduced but still cost over £100 and you charged me delivery. The coat was very nice but too big and a peculiar fit. I had to pay again then to return it. I will not be purchasing ever again. I have always for many years shopped in the Nottingham Store particularly at Christmas and so I am very disappointed that this is now your policy. This is no way to treat customers, but you will be the losers in the end because you have lost my custom!! From what I read in the media you are teetering on the brink of closure so you seriously need to ask yourselves WHY?

It was packaged so poorly that when it arrived the boxes were all broken. They were cosmetics and 2 separate items at £75.00 each. Not happy.

Product arrived damaged because of insufficient packaging. On emailing HOF I am still yet to receive a reply regarding refund for delivery and the damaged product.

Been charged the money, but my dress has not arrived, it's not yet with the courier and yet I can't get a response from customer service via email or Twitter. No phone number. I don't understand why House of Fraser isn't employing enough people to service the demand that they have. No excuse. It can't possibly because that many of their staff are off sick, it must be due to furlough. Twitter is full of people complaining about poor customer service. Just terrible you can't get through to anyone or a response, the poor people trying to keep up with the complaints and queries must be completely overworked and stressed. So disappointed in a once trusted brand.

Ordered an item which cost me £4.99 delivery which was ok however the item was faulty and they recommended sending back recorded delivery which cost £4.70. I’ve had my refund for item but nothing for return postage which I feel is disgusting considering the item was lingerie and had bad stains on it. Will never order from HOF again.

I ordered a guess clutch bag 22nd October 2020. House of fraser took payment on 23rd October 2020. I have not received my order. Have used online enquiry form 29th October 2020 response order dispatched. Despite order status showing awaiting courier. Contacted House of Fraser in November seeking answer as to where my item is no reply. Wrote to CEO Mike Ashley no response. House of Fraser then had the nerve to ask me to review the missing item. My title no bag and 1 star (as zero not available) did not go through stating title profanity. To add insult to injury House of Fraser debited my account £29.99 on 23rd October 2020. I do have some profanities i would like to share with House of Fraser. No customer service number. Ghe online customer service email enquiry recipient obviously hasn't hot a clue. Needless to say House of Fraser has lost my custom.

Will never buy from HoF again - PJ SET arrived with no trousers, impossible to contact anyone to resolve, automated responses to emails treat customer as nothing more than a nuisance. POOR POOR POOR!

Worst customer services & purchase experience ever. You don’t think to check Trust pilot for a big household british company you’ve grown up with like house of Fraser and trusted in the past. However, still no item over 2 weeks after ordering despite an email stating they had dispatched the item, the courier never received it. After emailing, messaging on social media & via resolver multiple times in the last 10days we have heard nothing in return. Don’t waste your money or time & effort buying from them, it no wonder that they keep going into administration. Customers deserve better.

I ordered a few gift box sets for Christmas presents Instead of packing securely in an outer cardboard box, they were flung into a plastic bag, tus arriving ripped and unsuitable for gift giving. Disgusting service Sports Direct?? Enough said
