I’ve paid extra for NDD Not only did the item not show up but I can’t track it and I’ve emailed customer service who haven’t replied to me. Really unimpressed

I have sent an email about the products i brought over £100 for christmas presents came through 3 boxes ripped and battered they were only delivered in a plastic bag no protection at all . I have sent photos also tried ringing customer service no answer absolute disgrace from a well respective company

Bought Xmas presents from clarins and Lancôme . Said on the website I would get a free gift as I was buying 2 products , was told today I wasn’t entitled to it . Not impressed

HOF customer service is terrible - I don’t recommend shopping there and will stick to other department stores in future. I recently purchased some cutlery and specifically asked if I could return it if it wasn’t right as it was £160. Told yes. When I tried to return I was then told I could only have a credit voucher - not a refund! Really poor.

I ordered items and paid for next day delivery there was winter promo 20% off but I forget to put in checkout I only realised later then I emailed them for what to do never got reply for 5 days I never got my item next day got after 5 days n got reply after 5 days saying I won't be able to have 20% off I have to returned item cancel n reordered again which is pointless no applology either its extra job for everyone n and wasting time also why they can't just put it through this is so unacceptable I have been always offer refund for discount or voucher of the price from other retailer in this case never going to order again

Received my order and my glasses arrived smashed. Emailed three times and still no reply. Meant for an anniversary present this Friday. Not happy.

i was very disappointed - the package was damaged - the box of crackers was torn and the cracker squashed, also I bought 2 decorations - one was wrapped in bubble wrap the other was loose and broken - no wrapping - I emailed to complained and have heard nothing - except emails every day saying 20% off

Paying for postage on returns is hugely disappointing especially from such a big high street department store and not being able to return online products back to a store is ridiculous. I’ve had to pay £12 to return one parcel to ensure it was insured to enough value, which is ludicrous. I am loathed to shop at HOF again, which is a shame for such a struggling retailer, maybe if the customer service journey was better it would encourage more people to support them.

Please beware of House of Fraser online sales. Some ordered items not in stock although money was taken from my account.Tried to cancel the rest of the items I bought as not next day delivery was not fulfilled only to be told they had already been despatched , which was an outright lie as they were sent a full five days later. Refused Hermes delivery and now have been told I need to wait at least fourteen days for the package to be processed for a refund upon return!Please BE WARNED, this company is now a sham.

Online order for three pair pack of socks. Only one pair arrived. Used website to log this, and recieved automated email. Responded to that as instructed and still have no resolution. So I’ve paid for three pairs and only recieved one!

I placed a order on the3rd November one of my purchases was 2 packs of three polo socks £20 per pack. I received two single pairs, then I received one single pair. Not what I ordered, I returned them which cost me £4.10 postage. I asked for exchange hoping I would get the correct order, now I received one pair of socks. I’ve email house of fraser numerous times and they reply with the same message that my order has been delivered. yes the order was delivered but not the quantity. I need this sorted times are hard I would not pay £40 for one pair of socks

I bought trainers from House of Fraser, paid for next day delivery but never received. Hermes couldn’t be bother to deliver the parcel, after couple of days I contact your customer service but didn’t hear anything back but I presume you did contact Hermes as the parcel went back to you and I received email, day later, saying my money will be refund, and they did, but the way everything was handled was very unprofessional.

I ordered some Christmas baubles the order came with some broken and some I’d been charged for a not even in parcel, tried to email them as that’s the only way to get hold of anyone but the email wouldn’t send , very poor customer service would not order from them again.

3 products damaged !!!! Not at all happy. Packaged really bad and therefore dents in boxes. Will not be ordering from you again !
