Terrible service, I ordered two jumpers and only one came, I would have atleast expected house of Fraser to let me know that the other item is out of stock, delivery charge is rediculous also considering not all my items actually arrived. Very disappointed

Ordered the wrong size of boots tried to cancel straight away phoned, emailed and webchat but no one would answer had to buy another in correct size and wait to be delivered to return to get refund

Absolutely shocking service. I was sent the wrong item and have attempted to call but either get cut off or it just rings for minutes on end. As well as that I have sent 2 emails highlighting my issue and all I got back both times was an automated email. I had to go and buy my niece an alternative present whilst I'm still waiting after a week of trying for a reply. Please see pictures below of what I ordered (black and pink) and what I was sent (pictures don't do justice to how hideous the skates i was sent actually are)

Very disappointed! Not only did I pay for delivery to be within a week and it didn’t even get “processed” within 8 days which meant it turned up 15 days later and all the gift boxes were crumpled and cracked! Not a great looking Christmas present now!!! Not happy, emailed customer service twice and nobody came back to me.... HOF used to be my go to - not anymore!!

I only received part of my order, as the Diesel box was damaged and there should have been three t-shirts but only received 2. I have emailed twice but I have not received a reply.

Made an order 2 weeks ago. A week later only half the items arrived in a package which had already been opened, despite my being charged for everything. What did arrive was damaged and dirty. Emailed customer service 5 days ago and still haven't received a response. won't shop here again.

I recently purchased a Biba candlestick which was unfortunately broken on arrival . I could not get communication, therefore ended up posting it back at my expense . I know times are challenging but every other online retailer seems to be managing providing customer service support ! Shocking !!!

Products are lovely just wish they didn’t use Hermes to deliver products, they say they going to deliver on a certain day and don’t turn up, very confusing and frustrating.

The decorations arrived and never have I received a parcel so poorly packaged. Decorations were broken. I am still to get a reply regarding a refund or return from House of Fraser even after sending seven e mails and photographs. This has now been almost a week.

I received the parcel completely shattered into pieces- luckily the courier realised how poor the parcel had been dispatched. No padding or protection to a glass cake stand. Not happy at all!

Havent received my order after 4 weeks, took tge money out my bank straight away, have emailed 4 times and had no response. Not impressed in the slightest with house of fraser customer service! Absolutely ridiculous!

I received this order fine but I can’t score you higher as I am still awaiting a delivery of an order I placed a week earlier: I have not received any communication regarding delivery from your couriers nor have your Customer Services responded to my two emails. My contract is with you & you have my money & I don’t have the goods I paid for! One was a gift too! Please arrange for someone to contact me as a matter of urgency.

Shipping partial orders and charging full shipping cost. Response time on queries is weeks and multiple remainders

I tried contacting customer service which is basically none existent. The only way I could get through to them was via Twitter. Especially in a pandemic this is terrible. Plus paying to return an item does not make sense as well as having to wait how long for a return does not correlate.
