If I could I would of put minus 5 star I have just received my parcel and 2 items were missing I emailed right a way and someone called Jordan basically called me a liar I have even got a picture of parcel on my step which Hermes sent me to prove it was delivered and you can actually see the sellotape on the parcel where it has been opened, have never known such disgraceful customer service what a difference from Debenhams would not use this shop again and would tell people to be weary if you do order and check while delivery driver is at door

Cancelled part of my order. Emailed three times to have my order corrected or amended with only automated replies and my order was never amended. Terrible service. Product should not be shown online if it is out of stock. Even after I received part of my order the product they cancelled was still showing in stock. Awful customer service. You cannot get in contact with anyone.

Cannot review the item as not received yet! The delivery service is extremely poor - every delivery has been abandoned on my door step, driver does not even ring the bell to alert me. I live on a main road and it is only by pure chance that I've discovered its arrival - not great when you pay £4.99 and high value items are just left outside with no pre-notification of when they are due!

Disgusting service was charged for next day delivery and got them 1 week later and was told I can have a free next day delivery code which I will never use as I will ever purchase from you again.... DISGUSTING RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Delivery was abit of a joke. £4.99 to be delivered, then £3.80 to return it because the order didn’t fit. Then we had to pay another £4.99 to get the right size back out to us.

Customer service at House of Fraser is like dealing with a house of muppets. So unprofessional and absolutely misleading. They know how to waste your time and money instead of truly helping you. Also sizing information on kids clothing is absolutely misleading. Do not buy from House of Fraser, you will only end up having to return it.

I wanted to order some Levi 501s for my husband's birthday on 13 April. I had received a discount code for my birthday which was still valid so I thought I would use that. I went to place the order but could not find enough information regarding leg length just S, R, or L. I sent an email to customer services to try and establish what exactly was meant by these lengths but after 3 replies that did not answer my question I looked at Levi 501s on other websites. The well respected JL website also use S, R and L but they also put the length in inches so I took a chance with House of Fraser hoping they were using the same logic. I placed my order at 1705hrs on 24/3/21 the first disappointment was the birthday discount wasn't valid for Levi's. However, they were still cheaper than other websites even when postage was added. The order was dispatched on 27/3 at 0025hrs and on 30/3 at 1343hrs I received an email from Hermes saying the order was delayed and would be on the move in the next 24hrs. I heard nothing more so on 3/4 I chased the order. You can't telephone customer services you can only email. You can't chase Hermes either. It was now Easter weekend so I did not know when I would get a reply. On 6/4 I still hadn't heard so I placed a backup order with JL which was dispatched within 24 hours. I finally heard from House of Fraser that my order was lost in transit and a replacement was placed on 9/4, dispatched on 11/4 and finally arrived on the afternoon of 12/4, a whole 2 weeks and 5 days after I first placed the order. Taking the House of Fraser delivery cost into account I saved £11.01 compared to the JL price but I don't think it was worth the time and stress. The House of Fraser website also says that the Marlon 501s are a cotton rich blend which I thought was odd but they are 100% cotton and the leg length was the same as the JL descripition. The conclusion is that House of Fraser website lacks information, their customer services is by email and doesn't answer the questions asked, the birthday discount code has unexplained restrictions, the delivery service is poor and the customer has to do all the work.

Thanks for the email...unfortunately I still haven't received my parcel through delivery company sent me an email with photo of delivering my parcel on my door step whilst I was away on Saturday 10th April 2021. I lodged a ticket to you customer services team, had an auto email response asking me to check with neighbors and get back t you if still can't trace parcel. I did all that emailed again and alos had an online chat with your online assistant but till today nothing has materialized as was told I would need to complete a form which has not appeared either by email or post....so disappointed at the moment to say the least.

Absolutely abysmal. The package turned up covered in dust like it had been dragged over the warehouse floor. What's more, someone has clearly allowed it to go in this state, because the bag it came in was hand tied. I sent it straight back. Rubbish.

I recently purchased a jacket which had been reduced. The postage was £4.99 I didn’t find this a problem and it arrived within 2 days . I really liked it and it fitted but then I noticed the seem on-the sleeve had come undone because I liked it so much I was willing to repair it but on closer inspection there was further damage beyond repair so I decided to send it back . I would have liked another one but didn’t want to take the risk . I also had to pay the return postage which cost me £8.95 .I feel very disappointed i didn’t get the jacket and out of pocket

Abysmal customer support! Only via emails! Pathetic. Also returns are not free. And with store returns, you only get credit note to spend in store! No option for free shipping with a minimum purchase! Not shopping here again. But the staff at the Store was indeed very helpful and helped me in packing the returned items so that I could mail them back! Also the people who reply to your queries via email are vague. I finally had someone actually reply to my queries correctly!

House of Fraser is disappointingly not concerned about their customers' security at all. I booked a delivery through them, got a scam message as Hermes had been compromised. When I let House of Fraser know, they couldn't care less despite this being after the order was placed through them.
