Paid for next day express delivery, should of arrived on Saturday but didn’t arrive until Monday Wrong trainers sent, in fact they came from sports direct, still had their label on box, thought I was buying from house of Fraser , disappointed they are not not clear on who supplies goods, I know they are owned by same person now but clarity would of been good

This company don’t refund you back in the same way you paid for the goods and only offer credit notes,they also charge you for delivery no matter how much you spent and another delivery charges to return unwanted goods. Poor customer service etc.

Having paid for delivery I was disappointed to find I had to pay for returns. Even I took it back to store they would only give a credit note. If I had known I would of bought the brand from their own website. Which was free delivery and returns. Note to self. Look into deliver Aru and return costs. !!!!

Terrible - I will not be ordering from House of Fraser again. Quality of items were rubbish for the price and then to return items I have no free options so I’m basically paying to try on clothes which I don’t even want to keep.

Received wrong item. Now has to face the hassle of posting it back from Ireland and wait for refund, e voucher etc. It was supposed to be a gift, so can imagine the frustration.

Ordered a Belstaff jacket in a size 14. In was sent a size 12. Too small. I quickly reordered size 14. Was sent size 12 again. Now out of stock of 14s. Shocking Customer Service. Unable to reach anyone by telephone. Facebook took 2 days to reply. Email 3 days to reply. Hence now no availablity. Never again.

Ordered items that changed to different sizes than ordered during order confirmation so had to return a couple of items. Repurchased those in the correct spec so they didn't sell out & when they arrived one item was open and absolutely reaked of cigarettes. Took 3 days to get a response about the issue and in each case paid for returns. Really not what I expected and I generally don't make a habit of returning items.

I paid for next delivery and it did not arrive , on investigation Hermes had delivered it to a wrong address . I contacted Hermes and H of F but only Hermes responded . The parcel arrived two days later and I did not receive a refund for the delivery charge . My next order I again paid next day delivery and again this did not happen ! I did Howe we receive an email on this occasion from H of F giving me a code for free delivery I’d rather have the money back . All very poor and you have to pay for returns that cost me £14 ! Never again always shop with John Lewis you never get any problem with them .

DIABOLICAL. ORDERED 46 JACK WILLIS GIFT SETS TO DONATE TO THE NEEDY SO WAS EXPECTING 92 BUT THE DIDNT EVEN SEND THE FULL 46 ITEMS AND THEY CHARGED THE FULL PRICE AND DIDNT HONOUR THE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. THEY ALSO SEND DAMAGED PACKAGING AND LEFT THE DETAILS STATING THAT IT WAS RIPPED PACKAGING STUCK TO THE BOXES STATING THAT IT WAS FOR SPORTS DIRECT HEAD OFFICE USE AND THE BRANCH CODE 2247 AND DATE ETC ON IT. IF YOU ARE SELLING DAMAGED ITEMS WHICH ARE CLEARLY VISIBLE YOU SHOULD STATE THIS AT POINT OF ORDER. ANYWAY AFTER CONTACTING HOUSE OF FRASER SEVERAL TIMES AND GETTING NOWHERE I CONTACTED RESOLVER AND SUPRISINGLY ONY THEN SEVERAL DAYS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER THEY REMOVED THE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE FROM THE WEBSITE. STILL WAITING FOR HOUSE OF FRASER TO SORT THIS OUT

I ordered a pair of Hugo Boss jeans in size 32 regular and paid £4.99 delivery charge, which I believed was a bit high for standard delivery. When they arrived they had supplied 38 regular, I tried to contact customer service but they have no phone number, therefore I emailed them, they asked for some supporting photos which I provided and 2 weeks later I have still heard nothing back. I have returned the jeans at my own cost (£3.50) and received a refund. In total I am £8.50 out of pocket due to their mistake. Very poor customer service

The Jumpsuit arrived like it was thrown into the bag in a ball, not on a hanger. Each leg from the hem up was covered in dust and dirt. There was also a mark on the back and a few pulls on the material. The fact that I loved it on I am going to keep it. Unbelievable that it was sent to me in this condition!!

When buying luxury designer items packaging is poor Items are sent in plastic bags not even wrapped in tissue A big let down

Bad serivce. bought some boots over a weekend, cancelled the purchase within an hour by their preferred option, (filling is form on returns page), was never responded to, despite doing twice, boots sent out regardless three days later and I can't return because my wife threw the box away. Never received any response to the cancellation and am stuck with something I don't want. Would never have happened if the cancellation email was looked at!

Unfortunately I ordered a large polo shirt and was very careful not to order slim fit. It was for my son’s birthday and only when wrapping it yesterday did I notice that I have been sent a slim fit! It is now his birthday so I am giving it to him and forwarding the emails I have from yourselves to show that I did not order slim fit. He will now have to fight with getting the correct size. NOT a great present. I am elderly and shielding so not up to the task.
