Poor service. I received my order of a watch and a gift set and they sent the order... without the watch and without the aftershave in the gift set. Poor service took me 20 calls to get through even then they didnt bother looking in to it. Tried to email them and they still could not be bothered to reply....

Every time I use the web site, I buy multiple products and pay for delivery and get e-mails shortly after saying one or more items is out of stock and I can’t cancel the others. Web site is terrible and not live stock

You have sent me this email saying my opinion of your service matters to you. Well obviously not........I have sent emails to your non existing - customer service department asking them to look into why the four dresses I ordered in my required size 14(L) were selected, packaged and delivered in sizes ranging from 6 to 12. In return, I receive generic emails asking for photographs....too little, to late......they are in the post being returned to you. I haven't heard anything since!! How incompetent can a company be to get it wrong four times....it's not rocket science....pick the right size, check it's the right size, package the right size and send!! If I could give you zero stars in all areas of customer service I would but surprisingly that is not that option. I should have believed all the other reviews on Trustpilot!! You probably won't publish this review, but hey, I feel better for writing it! Enjoy your day!!

I did not receive my products. The Hermès driver maybe left outside my door. When I checked it said left at porch. There was nothing. My neighbor said he had seen something outside my house like a parcel whilst driving to a shop. When I contacted Hermès no response. I am. Very very disappointed.

Unfortunately the item was not delivered to my address. Delivery company insist that the gps information confirms my receiving the package though it points to different address. Furthermore the picture of a door the parcel was posted through does not match mine yet I’m told I’ve got it. Cannot review the item itself as never received but would not advise to purchase anything because of the experience with delivery company.

First time I shopped with House of Fraser. Purchased a pair of trainers online. On arrival there was only one trainer in the box. Contacted customer services and went in to the store. Utterly useless! Been a long time since I experienced customer service like I just have. Never again. Think I’ll stick to John Lewis etc....

Appalling. Sent out a faulty pair of jeans, which I photographed and sent over to Customer Service. They advised me to send back to them for inspection, and they would refund postage if fault confirmed. Emailed me to advise an exchange was being processed, but when I followed up on this 4 days later they advised this wasn’t the case and I was being refunded. Still waiting on information on how to claim my refund for posting the faulty jeans back. Still not sorted out, and I’m on my fifth email. Waste of time. Horrible service.

Sorry to say the trainers I received were in a filthy box looked like mildew. The trainer insole were mildew. I returned them and had a full refund plus postage paid. Well done for customer care.

Item arrived and was very small so needed to be returned I paid £5 for a delivery then had to pay £5 to return a small parcel I reordered at another £5 delivery cost the parcel arrived the packaging of the product was all broken and torn it was a gift I’m not impressed at all

I received a faulty item and was expected to return it at my own cost. Webchat doesn't work and they don't reply to emails. They eventually replied to the "reply within an hour" Facebook message after two days and I was able to get a prepaid return label, the catch being that the Hermes shop they wanted it dropped off at is a four mile walk away. They wouldn't accept photos as evidence of the damage (item is clearly unusable so I don't know what they're going to do with it) as other reputable retailers do and either refund or replace without a return. I won't be buying from them again.

4/5 items arrived in one package with no delivery note to send them back with. 1/5 items arrived with a delivery note. Un able to contact customer services due to not having a telephone number displayed on their website. After eventually finding a contact number, I get placed on hold and then get cut off. Tried speaking to someone online to just be sent a generic reply which has no relevance to my query. Able to take back to store but will only be given an exchange or credit note! Very poor service. Will not make anymore online purchases again. Especially as I was charged for delivery despite my items costing £200!

In the last few years I have ordered good from the house of frazer, diffusers in glass bottles. First delivery they were smashed, and leaked all over Hermes delivery car. I refused to accept this, it was just wrapped in bobble wrap and then in black bag, so go figure. Second time, again the packaging was very poor, and some of the bottles had leaked. Small amount. Third time I ordered well over £50 of diffusers, had a message the were on their way. I waited for days, had a message from Hermes there was a problem and they would deliver in 24 hours, I waited a week, no delivery. Contacted House of Frazer, and to be honest I don’t know in what country I finished up but the email I received was obviously not read properly. I then was informed that the parcel was lost and the goods that I had ordered weren’t available any more, only the small set of diffusers. Although they had the diffuser I wanted , but not in a refill, I asked if as a goodwill they would replace this with those, I wouldn’t have minded paying the extra, but I don’t think the person who read the email understood what I wanted. Communication from them is terrible. I won’t be ordering from them any more, it used to be a good , but now I’d say don’t bother, it’s gone down the drain.. And I’m being kind here. Terrible communication, terrible packaging, and awful delivery..so don’t bother.
