“I was pretty disappointed. I was told same day or next day delivery. At lunchtime when I called to follow up order that email stated had been dispatched the day before I was informed ordered had not been dispatched. When I told lady on phone my order was needed urgently she replied i should have not left until the last minute to which I replied that I was told same day delivery or next day or I would have driven to slacks Creek to pick up as I had done previously. I did not have the staff available to pick up on the day told not dispatched. To the ladies credit she did deliver the items on her way home from work but there was no greeting, no apology , not even a goodbye as she left .As a new customer and a growing company I was excited to be supporting a local company, who could deliver same day or next day but i was left feeling very hesitant to do so moving forward.”
