“My 6 tins of Dax Wax has arrived on acceptable time but the quality of packaging is very poor. The cartoon box arrived damaged and 2 tins are dented. What if it contains bottles ? The delivery charged was expensive and I expected more.”

“Thank you. The items were sent out to me straight away. Unfortunately the delviery company Aramax stated a delivery date, but didn't arrive for another 2 days after promised date. Amramax contract out to smaller delivery couriers, so perhaps they wait until they have several packages to deliver to a certain area, so as not to waste time and fuel.”

“I find that I will distance myself from any business that uses Aramex as a carrier. Aramex are entirely the worst delivery organisation around and they refuse to deliver to any address that requires them to open a gate, which my front garden has. The dispatch of the order was timely by merchant, but as it was never delivered to me so I can't comment on whether it was correct etc.”
