“I’ve been purchasing from House of Nappies for a while now, and I’m extremely happy with the service I’ve received. Initially there was a problem with our local courier which was promptly resolved by using a different company, and now all our orders arrive really quickly, and I’m really pleased with the quality of the products. “The staff are very friendly, they’ve always communicated if they required more information regarding NDIS numbers and payments. They are fast and reliable. I’ve only ever had one order missing items and they rectified the issue straight away and got the product to me ASAP. I’ve done many orders and can not fault this company.”
