“We have used House of Nappies for a number of years now. Initially it was because of NDIS but it has evolved beyond that. We find them to be knowledgeable, approachable, compassionate and empathetic. Their inventory is vast (and not just nappies!) and ordering online is one of the most straightforward and painless things we've had to do with a business. Their paperwork is flawless for those who use the NDIS. Customer service is way above the small business they are. Abed and his team are dedicated to providing excellent and respectful service.”
