“The staff are very friendly, they’ve always communicated if they required more information regarding NDIS numbers and payments. They are fast and reliable. I’ve only ever had one order missing items and they rectified the issue straight away and got the product to me ASAP. I’ve done many orders and can not fault this company.”

“Excellent customer service and superb delivery system. Once I realised that I had ordered an incorrect nappy size as soon as I hit the ‘pay’ button. Emailed the customer service about it and they immediately corrected the order for me. Delivery normally takes less than 4 working days after placing the order which is excellent. I don’t shop anywhere else now”
