“It took a week to get form Noble Park to Mulgrave. The tracking did not work and when called you wouldn’t help and said it was up to the couriers. Never buy here again.”

“We have an 5yo ASD son who needs nappies, and is covered by the NDIS. House of Nappies was easy to navigate, easy to place an order, and everything was shipped quickly. Even with the delays in delivery that was beyond their control we still recieved it within an acceptable time frame. We will be using them in the future, and probably for the nappy needs of our younger child as well.”

“My order H74975 should have 11 boxes which were bought 10 days ago. After 4 were delivery a couple of days ago, don't know where my other 7 boxes are. Please chase. As a repeating customer, if you changed such terrible logistics, let me down.”
