“The size 6 mumma were to small The actual pull up pants we got in bulk had pieces of dead cochroaches in them. And over all not happy would be if they sent whole new replacement of size 7 . I think they need to consider long term clients as I wanted to keep coming as my sons on ndis but even the order took way to long to receive by post”

“Extremely disappointed with the delivery service. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and over 1 week since the courier company attempted delivery. The only options for the delivery company is to be home to accept with a signature or pay extra to have it delivered to another address. You cannot collect from a pickup point. I am a single mum who works in healthcare so do not work from home. When I reached out to House of Nappies for assistance I was given zero apology and told to fix it myself. Order at your own risk.”

“They are very kind , poilte , & so very very helpful with orders & supplies always deliver on time great variety & "SUPER GREAT QUALITY "! I would always Highly recommend them as they are Great!
