Never use HP again. They never stand for their product. They sent me wrong ink cartridges that damaged my printer head and when I talked to customer support they refuse to replace my printer although they know it was their mistake.

HP Instant Ink is a scam. What they don't make clear, is that if you cancel your Instant Ink subscription, your printer will stop accepting the cartridge. Even if its a full cartridge. What an absolute scam. Just do some research and you'll see tons of very angry customers. You'll also see that its quite straightforward to refill cartridges and avoid this extortion. I will NEVER buy another HP product as long as i live.

Avoid the HP Instant Ink package at all costs. HP make it sound lovely and welcoming when they offer you the Instant Ink Package - have 2 or 3 months free - its lovely. Except, it isn't lovely and HP turn it into a form of corporate blackmail. I subscribed to the service but had to cancel months later when I moved to a serviced office where technical problems meant I had to opt out of wireless printing. This meant that I had to leave Instant Ink. At the point where I left, I had 4 HP ink cartridges in my printer (3 of them nearly full) plus 3 new, unopened HP colour cartridges and I hadn't used the monthly printing allowance I paid for in my subscription. A few days later I went to print and got a message saying the cartridges wouldn't work as I no longer subscribed to Instant Ink. I was livid - they were HP cartridges in an HP printer. I then bought some non-HP cartridges for the printer. When I went to print I found this message in my printer screen " The indicated cartridges (all 4 of them) are blocked because they contain a non-HP chip. Replace to continue printing..." At this point I had 11 ink cartridges for my printer but could not use any of them to print. I phoned HP and asked for an explanation. And what an explanation I got!! It went like this ........The 7 HP cartridges in your possession have been supplied to you under the Instant Ink system and can only be used under that system. They will work in your printer once you re-subscribe to Instant Ink. I pointed out that this was not clear from the start, that I could not re-subscribe to Instant Ink for technical reasons and so had 7 HP ink cartridges that were still full of ink but were of no use to me. I then asked the Customer Service Assistant to explain on what basis HP had decided to block the non-HP cartridges, leaving me with a non-working printer. He said that the printer would work once I had installed HP cartridges. I pointed out that I had 7 HP ink cartridges that had been blocked by HP and he repeated his spiel about the Instant Ink system again, I then asked him to let me know the legal basis upon which HP was blocking my use of my printer becasue of my use of non-HP cartridges. He said that he couldn't discuss the matter, as he could only discuss HP products. I pointed out that HP had had no qualms about blocking the non-HP cartridges so should be willing to provide unhappy customers with details of the legal basis on which they did so. he parroted the line about not discussing non-HP products again. I asked him to put me through to the Legal team so I could put my question to someone capable of dealing with it. He wouldn't. End of phone call. HP's behaviour smacks of corporate bullying, with a strong touch of cowardice when it comes to defending their decisions.

One of the worst laptops that anybody could ever have. My laptop is just 1 year old but the problem started just few days after buying it. I have been getting the same feedback from all the users. Would never recommend anybody to buy HP laptops.

HP printers are so bad I would rather chop my toe off and use it to copy my document by hand in blood than ever use one of those sad excuses for a printer ever again.

Yep, one star is two much...after 4 1/2 hours on the phone with HP tech support my 9018e printer still does not work - I was transferred 7 times to different departments and support personnel. I'm taking the printer back to Costco for refund. No more HP products for my family ever!!! What a ridiculous company / organization.

Even 1 star is too much for HP.com. Don't see a "zero star" option, otherwise would have given zero star. Bought a new premium laptop recently. After lot of delays, received the laptop. But it won't power up. Awful customer service - after several tries on phone and chat, was finally able to connect with their customer service. they couldn't fix the issue, so I requested for a replacement. But they asked for more money, because they increased their laptop price. They won't honor the purchase I made, no process for fixing or replacing faulty laptops. I asked for refund. They created a refund request, but forgot the send me the shipping label. I had to contact customer service again after 4 days. this time they emailed the shipping label. This is so frustrating experience.

The deskjet 4155e is the worst. It took 4 tries to set it up (doing the same thing each time), had connectivity problems, showed a constant query as to whether it was my default printer, was VERY slow and failed to do 2-sided printing.

HP printers are the worst. Mine says it can't print because it's offline. It is NOT offline, as it always says ready. It will even print something and then five minutes later NOT print. I have done all of the Scan Doctor, repair, etc. I can do. I will NEVER buy another HP product. I can't even get my work done for restarting and unplugging the printer. It's not just mine, my coworker has the same model, and hers does the same thing. You can't even shut off the sleep mode. I will never purchase another HP product again.

Ordered a laptop directly from HP. The screen is defective. It's been few days since I have received the laptop. I can't place a return & replacement request online, and the customer service phone line never takes the call. Basically I have paid a $1387.00 for a useless system. Their policy will not allow a return after 30 days. Non-existent product or customer support. I will need to dispute the charges now. What a headache with this f...ing company.

I purchased a gaming PC from the HP store in Nov 2021. It was a good sale price ... perhaps too good because 3 weeks later in mid-December they cancelled my order saying, "we have had to cancel your HP.com OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-0380t. Unfortunately, despite our careful assessment, we have not been able to resolve the situation in another way." They recommended a substitute PC with very inferior components and specs, so I told them where they could stuff it. Buyer beware. I will never trust the HP Store ever again. They are the Grinch who stole my Christmas.

Do NOT ourchasd Expedited shipping-its s LIE. I am still waiting for my computer that was supposed to be deliveted 12/7/21. This computer was purchased with 2-4 Day expedited shipping. The 1st delay I was informed of was on 12/7/21, the day it was supposed tp arrive, due to HP not completing the computer. I was assured it would be delivered by 12/17/21. I received an email on 12/12/21 that the computer was completed and would ship in a couple of weeks. This is a Christmas present that was purchased with 2-4 day expedited shipping so I reminded HP of this. The next email stated that it was boxed and waiting for the Shipper to attach the label which could take up to 5 days. I received a link to check my status. The computer sat in Chingong China for 3 days. Then it went to S. Korea for 2 days then to Anchorage AK for 1 day and then to Louisvilke KY whete its been for 2 days. HP assured me on Friday that it would be delivered by 9pm Monday and yet it has NEVER left KY. I Iive in CA. HP will not explain why it went across the country instead of going due south. As you can see Expedited 2-4 day shipping is an extra cost that does absolutely NOTHING for you except lighten your wallet. DHAME ON HP 😤

Unkept promises When I purchased my printer online, the sales person promised to replace all of my ink from my faulty HP printer as long as I purchased another HP printer.. After delivery, I called as requested to ask them how I go about replacing my unused ink. Needless to say no one knew anything about it nor would they do anything about it. They made a couple of promises to look into it, told me they would call me back, but never did. Be wary of the sales person’s promises! I will not buy another printer online for that reason.

We purchased a HP ENVY Photo 7134 printer/scanner in July 2021 and right from the start the internal wheels/gears squeal when the machine is started up. After little use and only two months after purchase the hinges securing the lid to the printer broke. Reported this to HP who said they were prepared to do nothing as this was due to "Wear and tear".

I bought a new HP Spectre x360 two years ago and it has been nothing but trouble. Let me first say that every negative review about HP is TRUE. Customer service is horrible and fraudulent. They do not care and hate their customers. Mark my words HP will soon meet its demise. Word to the wise avoid buying HP products at all costs! You have been warned. Here is what I experienced in detail: I bought a HP laptop 2 years ago at a Best Buy store. Roughly eight months of using the laptop the speakers malfunction. I had the laptop repaired by HP for free since it was under warranty. After 3 months of using the laptop the touchpad malfunctions. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I was able to arrange another repair with HP. After getting the laptop repaired, HP never told me what was wrong with the laptop. A HP repair technician just told me that they were going to replace the keyboard, which seems odd to me since I was having issues with the touchpad. I later found out they replace other parts of my laptop without my consent or knowledge. Now after six months of using the laptop, the battery malfunctioned and it no longer can turn on. I filed another BBB complaint and HP said that they can either have it sent for repair again for a fee. Filing a complaint with the BBB was a total waste of time, since they do not care that companies like HP are scamming their customers.
