ABsolutely horrible - omen laptop is *supposed* to be high quality with large capacity & abilities to handle AI work, etc. I've barely had it 2 months & have had TONS of problems with it, from black screens, flashing screens, burning smell, inability to play video recordings, locking requiring hard reboot, too many needed updates to count, cursor jumping, internet connectivity issues.... I have *dealt* with customer service too many times over too many hours and too many weeks and find that many of their agents are horrible!!!! The call-in process is terribly flawed with horrendous hold music I've had to listen to, at times for more than half-an-hour just to get an agent, with disconnect issues requiring me to call back & listen to hold music AGAIN. And, even when dealing with agents, often they are (probably intentionally) obtuse, requiring me to re-ask the same questions so many times, I can't help but get frustrated with them; or are patronizing and treat me like an idiot, while failing to give me the information I need. I've attempted dealing with supervisors with mixed results. I've had to re-install the operating system (after, may I add, many dealings with agents giving me incorrect or partial information) and still the issues are not all solved. I have additionally spent more than $100 on devices to try to help this stupid laptop's perfomance, and, considering the $1500 price tag on this device 2 months ago, that is ridiculous, in my opinion. I would recommend to EVERYBODY: DO NOT BUY HP DEVICES, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AS A COMPANY. IT'S SIMPLY NOT WORTH THE TIME AND FRUSTRATION.

All I am trying to do is purchase an upgrade desktop. Waiting ages in line, not helpful with questions on configuration, don't reply and responses take so long that prices go up. Very very disappointing for a long term HP customer and where they are now.

HP service still owes me two refunds. They claim they issued the refunds on 6/13/2025 but they have never been refunded to my account. After many many calls and emails, not resolved. Terrible customer service!!! Never purchase a service contract from them!!!

If this site allowed zero stars, that's what HP would get. The wait times on the support line are excessive. I've waited well over an hour multiple times, only to have their system drop the call. If and when I do get to someone, it is impossible to understand them because the company outsources tech support to people whose primary language is not English. They are incompetent and unprofessioal. They sold me extended service coverage, and I'm getting NOTHING for it. I will NEVER buy another HP product for as long as I live. What a nightmare!

Extremely disappointed with HP’s service. Our school printer has been out of use for days and despite repeated complaints, HP keeps assigning the same non-responsive technicians, Mehraj, Sumit Mandal, Divyanshu, Anmol from ghaziabad Service centre. Each time I receive the same automated mail, but no one actually turns up to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable for an organization like HP, especially when the printer is being used for important work. The lack of responsibility and follow-up shows how poor their customer service has become. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have given that. HP really needs to improve its service quality and accountability.

Terrible customer service. They stopped collecting negative reviews on Trustpilot over a year ago - presumably they got too many. website has you going round and round in circles, chat bot obviously does not even know what day it is and human interaction impossible. Only benefits from purchasing new printer if you print a lot ,on a good hp printer, is buy the £30 odd quid subsidised ones with 6 months free ink, add to your account, throw away and continue using old printer. Repeat every 6 months. Saves up to £55.99 a month!

I ordered a laptop from hp’s website over a month ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. I tried contacting customer service many times, but they were rude and didn’t help at all. It felt like they were trained to ignore problems instead of fixing them. I expected better from a big company like hp, but this was a huge disappointment. If you’re thinking about buying from them—don’t. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.

Well I've just thrown my Envy 6432e printer in the bin and bought a cheap Epson printer instead. If your not connected to the internet a HP printer will not work, if you don't pay a monthly fee it will not work. I just want a printer to print, at least with the Epson I now hit print and it does..

HP printers absolutely suck! Over the past 29-25 years, I’ve had 4-5 printers and each one of them have failed on me after a couple of years! The last one has problems with cartridges. Brand new cartridges give me an error message, that they are bad or are missing. Suck! Suck! Suck! My next printer will be from China or Japan!

Absolutely, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Brought a machine which has a known fault apparently and HP do not yet have a fix, so I wanted a refund in order to buy a machine that doesn't have a known fault. I have spent around 5 hours in total (around 4.5hrs on hold) over the last 5 days trying to reslove this but can't find anyone who is able to do anything. Just passed from one person to another without getting any where.

I ordered ink cartridges and wanted genuine HP. I could have ordered from Walmart or Amazon but thought for the same price I would order from HP and likely get a fresher cartidge. Shipping took forever (they used USPS) and the two shipped in an envelope were crushed. The third never arrived. I emailed HP and got an auto-generated email stating they would contact me within 24 hours. They did not, and several days later I called them to have them send replacements. I will NEVER order ink directly from HP again

Very disappointing experience with HP support. I raised a service request for my HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4104dw Printer (Case No. 5144648635) on 20th June 2025. However, no one from the service team contacted or visited us. The case was auto-closed without any resolution. I followed up with the dealer and was given a contact number of an HP service technician, who said the case was not even visible in their system and advised me to re-register. It's been over 2–3 weeks now, and the printer remains non-functional. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability from a reputed brand like HP is unacceptable. The support process is broken, and we received no assistance despite multiple follow-ups. Very poor service experience.

Hewlitt Packard Personal Review – Negative I am not writing this to tell others not to purchase HP Products, but I will just relate my story and you can make your own mind up. I must first apologize as the exact dates might be a day or two off, you will understand when I get more into the details. On the 29th of August 2024, I ordered a HP Pavilion Laptop 16t-af000, 16" directly from HP. The laptop arrived the 14th of September. I installed all my person purchased programs, MS Office, Photoshop, those type of programs. I am not a gamer and am a 73-year-old retired government worker. I use it for personal reason nothing complicated. The first issue was I was unable to use the stylus on my touchscreen, not critical but I paid for touch screen. Once that happened it all turned bad and I started to have more and more issues with the laptop and I contacted HP every time at least twice a week. HP had techs and higher techs remote in and acknowledged the problems and all had one solution I believe they called a Cloud Boot. 1. Remove all programs and files to an external drive. 2. I was then told to totally wipe the hard drive clean. 3. I was to reinstall Windows 11 and then all my programs. (This process with removing, reinstalling took more than 6 hours.) Prior to doing all the above I asked HP since they acknowledged the issues why don’t they just send me a new one and I will send this one back. They said they couldn’t do that and only replace items if damaged in shipment (Good to know). Their other solution was to take it to a HP Certified repair shop. I contacted the one suggested and was told it would probably take 3-4 weeks IF they could fix it. This is the only PC I have and have been working around the issues but still getting stuff down but takes about 50% more time. The contact between myself and HP continued with a multitude of techs remoting in, assigning case numbers, resending to a different tech that was a specialist in this area of repair. I have about 8-10 case numbers all of them still sitting there either closed or they just don’t care. They have called and then sent emails stating sorry they missed me on phone and they would appreciate a good time and day to call which I gave them. I waited 2 hours from the set time and nothing. I called the number and go the recording that this number is not available at this time and try again later. The tech connected to that number finally sent me an email apologizing that he was on vacation/. So here I sit with an expensive hunk of junk that Hewlitt Packard could care less about. The simplest solution would be to just replace the one sent to me with a new one and I wouldn’t be sitting here writing this. The laptop still has all the issues with a new one poking its head up now and then but I have dealt with it. I believe that HP was at a loss and figured if I was ignored long enough that I would just go away. I wrote hard letters, not emails to several HP Executives but no acknowledgement of receipt and I am sure they made it to the shredder shortly after they got it. I am just one customer that HP won’t missed and I will be easily replaced. So all you prospective HP purchasers I hope maybe this gives you some insight in what might happen. It happened to me and who knows what else will go wrong. Laptop iffy and will not connect to one of my HP printers (new Issue) Just a heads up.

I spent 1 hour on an online chat trying to get a 25 cent replacement foot for my new HP keyboard. I was told I could pay HP to repair the keyboard, which I've owned for less than one week. The keyboard was part of a brand new HP desktop computer.

HP customer service has to be the worst in US History. Can’t believe how much time I spent talking with multiple overseas agents going over the same thing with no joy. Groundhog Day.

Convoluted, circuitous, customer service. It was impossible to find someone to answer a simple question regarding an error with an order for an AC Adaptor. For a tech company, it was surprising to find such poor tech/sales support. The AI system they developed is useless. Will never purchase HP again.
