Raised the ticket for battery replacement as the battery exceeds the warranty period. Horrible support from HP Technical Team. When we dont pick the call they never call back. Even, if you pick their call, they wont respond back on the phone. Suggest not to buy HP laptop.

I am in UK, I bought 5 HP desktops over the last 12 years, had problems with all of them, what makes it worse is the terrible support you get from HP UK, thay make it almost impossible to talk to anyone from that company here in UK, their website is useless, they do not even provide an email support address, truly amazing, their software driver download doesn't work, they don't seem to care about their customers and making it almost impossible to get any help, recently I had my newest pc back from repai with same problem I had before, seems they did NOTHING, after several calls they took it back for repair , the driver brought it back from "second repair" with a note saying they could not replicate the fault so they did NOTHING, NOT ONLY THAT but the dvd front panel cover was missing so you can see the inside of the pc truly unbelievable, I refused to accept it, HP must be the only company that sends "repaired " products they took for repair in WORSE condition than when they took it, on top I could not contact anyone from HP here in UK, not even email so thanks to HP I have no PC, no one to contact, wasted my money on a pc that NEVER worked properly. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANY HP PRODUCT, MAYBE THAT WAS MY REWARD FOR BUYING 5 HP DESTOPS. SHAME ON YOU HP UK, NOT THAT YOU CARE.

I ordered a HP printer from Walmart & because I didn’t return it on time to Walmart I had to deal with HP customer service. What a nightmare! First of all the printer, an envy 6400 forced me to have to reinstall the printer every time I turn my computer on to print. Next, within a week the printer/scanner feed stop working at all. I then told them I wanted a refund they wouldn’t give me a refund; instead they gave me a gift card to buy another printer - once it arrived it only scanned one page at a time. I returned that printer and then they wouldn’t exchange the other printer (even tho I wanted a refund). They then refused to even exchange the original printer without Forcing me to jump through all this hoops and be without any printer for 2 to 3 weeks. HP Customer Service is nightmare! HP dosent even honor their own warranties.

My printer won't accept any ink in this country despite it being the right size. It's a software limitation, hp had told me they cannot help me and I should buy a new printer. Terrible service they just care about their bottom line.

The support sites are non-existant. Nowhere on the sites do they offer ACCOUNT assistance.

Worst experience ever. When I inquired this laptop HP GAMING LAPTOP 16-B0370TX the HP Chat support was quite helpful but once I placed the order I came to know how bad their service is. First of all both HP and Bluedart (their delivery partner) showing different delivery date from the start. So I called and ask in HP customer care why they are showing different delivery date. They replied me that check HP tracking site and wait for delivery, It will be delivered on time. But it wasn't so I asked again why it wasn't delivered on time. This time they inform me that sorry it was managed by our delivery partner (Bluedart) so we can't do anything. So it clearly shows that there is mismanagement in their service. Also if there was delay then can they at least notify but they didn't and I have to call them for update. So it looks like once they get the payment, they don't care if product will be deliver on time or not and customer has to call them for update. Worst of all, when I call in HP customer care for any update they don't know anything like why it is delayed or when it will be delivered. So I ask them to transfer the call to senior executive 3 times but strangely they can't forward the call so instead they can just email for callback and then senior executive will callback when they have time. But I haven't received any callback yet so I think they are quite busy managing their worthless service. Finally they deliver me after 2 days delay and when I check the battery, it wasn't working properly. It drains even during shutdown. So they checked for 2 days via call and when it doesn't resolved they inform me that it will be replaced. But even after 1 week of request it wasn't replaced yet. And the person who is managing this request can't even says still how many more days it will take to resolve. They told me I am their premium customer and this kind of pathetic service I get. So I don't even want to think what kind of their regular service is. So if you really want to but HP laptop then just go for any other retailer rather than choosing HP site as they provide much better service.

My ink order was scheduled for delivery on 25/1/22. It still has not arrived despite the Tracking system saying it has. Terrible service for a large company and no customer services to discuss. Don't buy from them, - the rest of the reviews says it all !

Never use HP again. They never stand for their product. They sent me wrong ink cartridges that damaged my printer head and when I talked to customer support they refuse to replace my printer although they know it was their mistake.

HP Instant Ink is a scam. What they don't make clear, is that if you cancel your Instant Ink subscription, your printer will stop accepting the cartridge. Even if its a full cartridge. What an absolute scam. Just do some research and you'll see tons of very angry customers. You'll also see that its quite straightforward to refill cartridges and avoid this extortion. I will NEVER buy another HP product as long as i live.

Avoid the HP Instant Ink package at all costs. HP make it sound lovely and welcoming when they offer you the Instant Ink Package - have 2 or 3 months free - its lovely. Except, it isn't lovely and HP turn it into a form of corporate blackmail. I subscribed to the service but had to cancel months later when I moved to a serviced office where technical problems meant I had to opt out of wireless printing. This meant that I had to leave Instant Ink. At the point where I left, I had 4 HP ink cartridges in my printer (3 of them nearly full) plus 3 new, unopened HP colour cartridges and I hadn't used the monthly printing allowance I paid for in my subscription. A few days later I went to print and got a message saying the cartridges wouldn't work as I no longer subscribed to Instant Ink. I was livid - they were HP cartridges in an HP printer. I then bought some non-HP cartridges for the printer. When I went to print I found this message in my printer screen " The indicated cartridges (all 4 of them) are blocked because they contain a non-HP chip. Replace to continue printing..." At this point I had 11 ink cartridges for my printer but could not use any of them to print. I phoned HP and asked for an explanation. And what an explanation I got!! It went like this ........The 7 HP cartridges in your possession have been supplied to you under the Instant Ink system and can only be used under that system. They will work in your printer once you re-subscribe to Instant Ink. I pointed out that this was not clear from the start, that I could not re-subscribe to Instant Ink for technical reasons and so had 7 HP ink cartridges that were still full of ink but were of no use to me. I then asked the Customer Service Assistant to explain on what basis HP had decided to block the non-HP cartridges, leaving me with a non-working printer. He said that the printer would work once I had installed HP cartridges. I pointed out that I had 7 HP ink cartridges that had been blocked by HP and he repeated his spiel about the Instant Ink system again, I then asked him to let me know the legal basis upon which HP was blocking my use of my printer becasue of my use of non-HP cartridges. He said that he couldn't discuss the matter, as he could only discuss HP products. I pointed out that HP had had no qualms about blocking the non-HP cartridges so should be willing to provide unhappy customers with details of the legal basis on which they did so. he parroted the line about not discussing non-HP products again. I asked him to put me through to the Legal team so I could put my question to someone capable of dealing with it. He wouldn't. End of phone call. HP's behaviour smacks of corporate bullying, with a strong touch of cowardice when it comes to defending their decisions.

One of the worst laptops that anybody could ever have. My laptop is just 1 year old but the problem started just few days after buying it. I have been getting the same feedback from all the users. Would never recommend anybody to buy HP laptops.

HP printers are so bad I would rather chop my toe off and use it to copy my document by hand in blood than ever use one of those sad excuses for a printer ever again.

Yep, one star is two much...after 4 1/2 hours on the phone with HP tech support my 9018e printer still does not work - I was transferred 7 times to different departments and support personnel. I'm taking the printer back to Costco for refund. No more HP products for my family ever!!! What a ridiculous company / organization.

Even 1 star is too much for HP.com. Don't see a "zero star" option, otherwise would have given zero star. Bought a new premium laptop recently. After lot of delays, received the laptop. But it won't power up. Awful customer service - after several tries on phone and chat, was finally able to connect with their customer service. they couldn't fix the issue, so I requested for a replacement. But they asked for more money, because they increased their laptop price. They won't honor the purchase I made, no process for fixing or replacing faulty laptops. I asked for refund. They created a refund request, but forgot the send me the shipping label. I had to contact customer service again after 4 days. this time they emailed the shipping label. This is so frustrating experience.
