Absolutely the WORST Customer Service in the printer industry. They put Instant Ink cartridges in all of their printers and then shut off your printing unless you renew. I've been on the chat with them for 4 hours with no resolution. We are throwing this printer in the dumpster and buying a Canon that has easy set up and Excellent customer service.

Ordered two identical Pavilion Laptops. One was delivered in 10 days, and I am very pleased with it. I have not received the second one. It’s been 6 weeks exactly. Customer Service is worthless, just excuses. FedEx has now joined in the fun, delay after delay. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow, we’ll see!

bought brand new cartridges for my printer from the HP Canada website and they didn't work upon receiving them. I called the company for technical support and the tech immediately confirmed they were faulty so put me thru to sales to refund my purchase however as soon as I explained it to them they said this is a technical issue and put me back to tech support. I then held for 47 minutes before an automated voice said plz call again and hung me up! their customer service and their products are TERRRRRRRIBLE!

If you want to order and pay for a PC and then don't get it - go ahead and order from the HP Store. When you try and phone aftersales (as there is no telephone number for them so phone sales and they put you through) you will receive excuse after excuse. They told me there was a internal fraud issue and then it was an issue with after care, then they didnt know why the computers were not dispatched as they were in stock. They told me to write in with a complaint - I'm guessing to get me of the phone as i never got a reply to my complaint either. If you want your item delivered - order from somewhere else other HP.

Terrible customer service. All overseas. No way to get to a supervisor. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Ordered a custom laptop. Was told estimated delivery date. That date got extended twice. Was then told I could cancel for a refund or exchange for a ready to ship laptop instead. I responded that I would like to cancel because I’m going out of town for 3 weeks soon and am a full time student so I didn’t want to risk getting my delivery extended again and not having a laptop during my trip. I planned to use the refunded money to buy a laptop in person to guarantee I would have one for school. Then I was told my cancellation failed even though I requested it the same day they offered the option? But I still haven’t received a ship notification and I NEED this laptop. I have called multiple times and the individuals are nice but ultimately unhelpful. I will never order or use an HP again. I get the supply chain is bad right now but HP should warn people that delays are possible BEFORE the order is placed not AFTER. But of course they won’t do that because it could mean a loss of sales. Instead they would rather tarnish their reputation and leave a bad taste in their customers mouths.

Diabolical customer service Diabolical customer service - it’s impossible to reach customer services, I’ve had zero help with my problem! I’m left with no ink after their instant ink scheme stopped working. Bought a new cartridge - printer won’t let me use it. Now I’m sitting with a totally useless £80 printer. Avoid at all costs.

I bought an HP Pavillion laptop in August of 2018 and by September of 2021 ( about 3 years of ownership), it stopped working due to hardware failure. I bought another HP laptop in Sept 2021 and after 9 months, it lockup up randomly multiple times a day. Since the PC was still in warranty, I called their technical support. Got a rep on the phone after waiting for 45 minutes, first of all, the rep had a horrible grasp of the language and it was almost impossible to understand him. We finally managed to get him remote control of my PC and watching what he did, I had the impression that he didn't know what he was doing. Afte close to an hour of troubleshooting to no avail, he told me to reset the PC and abruptly hung up the phone. I did not follow his ignorant suggestion and took the PC to a repair shop (software has only a three months warranty) and in less than half an hour they fixed the problem. The problem was sure to file corruption! Will never buy anything from this company again.

Horrible company. I bought a brand new laptop from the online store and it has been faulty from the start. Their customer services dept treated me so poorly and won't give me a refund or replacement. I've wasted a lot of time on this issue and I wish I'd just bought from somewhere else. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I never will again.

I purchased a very expensive laptop last year and almost from Day 1 I have had issues with is overheating. I have contacted HP several times and started a complaint and each time I have been guaranteed I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. After 48 hours I have contacted HP again to no avail. It has now been 9 days since my initial complaint and it is clear that you do not care about customer service and safety of customers is not a priority or concern. My laptop is getting so hot that I have burnt myself several times using it. I need my laptop everyday so this has been an incredibly inconvenience I want to be compensated for. I am now starting a chargeback with my bank for the funds as I cannot use a faulty laptop therefore I did not get what I paid for.

horrible support system . Cannot speak to a live person...they blocked my ink from printing because they said there was a problem with my printer. After 4 hours of trying to figure it out ON MY OWN!!! I discovered they sent me the wrong ink . I signed up for their instant ink program.. WHAT A JOKE!! so many problems and no one from thus company can answer the phone EVER!

Review of the instant ink service and customer service: The product is a complete rip-off. The idea of a cartridge system that is sent to you is not bad in theory, but it is clearly just a scam to pull as much money as possible out of costumers. I got an extra bill of over 70 dollars on top of the subscription fee, for an amount of pages I didn't print, with no warning or way to keep track of the printouts. On top of that I got a cancellation fee of 6 dollars as well as losing acces to the amount of pages I had payed for previously. The service is also broken most of the time as HP's software solutions are completely incompetently made. The support time is also no use and the printers are impossible to get to work properly, but that is to be expected.

Appalling customer support, desktop still under warranty, taken for repairs 3 times only to be returned without repair and in WORSE condition than when they took, no onre to call in UK, NOT EVEN AN email address, NO ONE DOES ANYTHING, NO ONE CARES, truly disgusting company

Raised the ticket for battery replacement as the battery exceeds the warranty period. Horrible support from HP Technical Team. When we dont pick the call they never call back. Even, if you pick their call, they wont respond back on the phone. Suggest not to buy HP laptop.

I am in UK, I bought 5 HP desktops over the last 12 years, had problems with all of them, what makes it worse is the terrible support you get from HP UK, thay make it almost impossible to talk to anyone from that company here in UK, their website is useless, they do not even provide an email support address, truly amazing, their software driver download doesn't work, they don't seem to care about their customers and making it almost impossible to get any help, recently I had my newest pc back from repai with same problem I had before, seems they did NOTHING, after several calls they took it back for repair , the driver brought it back from "second repair" with a note saying they could not replicate the fault so they did NOTHING, NOT ONLY THAT but the dvd front panel cover was missing so you can see the inside of the pc truly unbelievable, I refused to accept it, HP must be the only company that sends "repaired " products they took for repair in WORSE condition than when they took it, on top I could not contact anyone from HP here in UK, not even email so thanks to HP I have no PC, no one to contact, wasted my money on a pc that NEVER worked properly. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANY HP PRODUCT, MAYBE THAT WAS MY REWARD FOR BUYING 5 HP DESTOPS. SHAME ON YOU HP UK, NOT THAT YOU CARE.
