My order from Franco Manca on Wednesday was absolutely brilliant. The driver was very quick and efficient and was very respectful of social distancing. The food was divine. Thank you!

I would give it ZERO. Disgusting customer service. I was charged for products not delivered and Deliveroo refused to refund me saying I did not request it whitin 48 hours which is inadmissible , they failed to show me where that was stated on their website.They literally STOLE my money. I hope it goes out of business soon.

Placed an order, tried to immediately amend it and add an item. The website said the food is in preparation so unable to do this, but if I want to cancel the order I should contact the restaurant. I did this, and the restaurant were fine with me doing this and reordering. I then tried to contact deliveroo via live chat to let them know and it took forever to get through. When I finally got through they said they cant do this and were unwilling to reimburse me for a second delivery cost due to their driver now being at the store. I live 1 minute up the road and they were trying to charge me £4 for delivery in total. In the end I had to go into store myself to just pick it up. There was a lack of care and my query was pretty much just brushed off via live chat. 0 stars, not ordering through deliveroo again

Today I recieved what can only be described as such shocking service I felt compelled to review it. We ordered food at 16:24 through the app from German Donner Kebab. When the food arrived approx 30 mins later I noticed it was incorrect. I said this to the driver immediately and he just shrugged and said I had to call deliveroo. We called deliveroo and the lady on the phone initially said there was nothing she could do. This was not acceptable as we had someone else's food so ours must have been somewhere. She agreed to call the driver. She came back to the phone and said that the driver went back to the restaurant and noticed our food was still there (17:05) and said that he was given the wrong order from the restaurant, he then said he would bring it. The lady on the phone said to keep and dispose of the other food as due to covid 19 and the fact it had been in our house it was no longer viable. 10 mins later approx the driver arrived with our food. He asked for the other order however we had already disposed of this. Our food was stone cold. My partner called deliveroo and I called the restaurant. I called the restaurant as i felt that giving out the wrong order and then leaving ours out to get cold was unacceptable. The restaurant informed me that both the orders were actually collected at the same time (16:40 approx). This means the driver or the woman on the phone lied to us. This also implies that the driver was going to flout social distancing rules over food delivery to take the food that was given to us in error and had been in our household, to another household. Unacceptable. It transpires our food was taken to another house. This meant we couldnt eat this food due to the risks that posed. I relayed this info to my partner. The person on the phone - Milkos - accepted that the error was theirs and that we would get a replacement/refund possibly in 48 hours. Again unacceptable. I explained that I needed to feed my children and 30 is a lot of money for us so I requested replacement food straight away or a refund so I could order from elsewhere. He said he understands but I would have to wait up to 48 hours. I can't comprehend how a deliveroo driver can make an error yet I have to wait 48 hours for food. I explained to Milkos that we are currently dependent on food delivery as we are isolating (so a definate issue that the driver wanted to take food from us) and that I needed the money so i could replace the food today so we could eat today. Still the same response. This went back and forth for a long while, he refused to get a superior to help me, he said it was procedure to hold on to people's money when deliveroo make a mistake, and it is still no guarantee that we will get the refund. I asked for the complaints email, he refused to give it and told me to look it up - several times. He finally gave me the email. I worked in retail for many years and would never have dreamed of giving such shocking service. I wouldn't have lied to a customer. I wouldn't have deliberately endangered health. Yet these seem to be standard for deliveroo as a company. I requested a full refund NOT credit however after 3 days I recieved 10 credit. My order was 34. DO NOT use this company. Shocking service, blame put on customers, they refuse to acknowledge or rectify their own mistakes. Would rate zero stars if an option.

Absolutely horrible customer service managers who carnt manage and felt like a scam from the start, order stated delivered but never was spoke to the restaurant directly who told me it was collect but I guess he was hungry on the way, he told deliveroo he waited outside but as he was waiting I was on the phone to the restaurant hmmm makes sense, I will never use again and suggest you do at your own risk

For about 1 month, I have been asking them to refund 2 of my orders that did not go through via website. Somehow the money transaction went through but somehow not my orders. Contacted the customer service right after and they told me to wait until the money is back, which has never come back. Contacted them again and again and all they said is 'please chill and wait'.

Used your service for the first time last week made an order which failed due to your system I was told the monies were not taken out of my account and I had to make another order . The info given by your staff was wrong as the money was deducted and the food ended up costing me around £80 . After 72 hours you still have not refunded me . This is terrible customer service and I won’t be using you again

Love deliveroo especially Out Fry Editions in Hove. Amazing food, arrives hot and fresh, a great service and very quick. I am unable to leave a review on the restaurant for some reason so thought would share here!

We ordered so we thought..2 meals via Isosuchi...2 hours later still not arrived..we were told our payment didnt do through..but it did. So..they said we have to reorder...cant be bothered with them any more.such a shambles.

Been waiting two hours for food from Chosen Bun in Fulham. Never had a Deliveroo on time. Never had a Deliveroo where all my food arrived as ordered. Need to remember not to use Deliveroo, even when my kids insist.

Unfortunately I missed this site before ordering. The same happened to me as it happened to several others. I placed an order, it never arrived, and did not get a refund. Probably never will. Customer Service does not help and have the courage to say that the card details were wrong - even though 30 pounds came off my bank account. I am shocked. Total scam, avoid at all costs. Never again.

The rating process after your order is strange. Only a minor amount of times I get prompted to review a restaurant. If I'm unhappy with my order and I want to review the restaurant, if I'm not prompted, I just can't do it. Deliveroo's failure to provide clear reviews contributes to a worrying lack of transparency on these restaurants' ratings. It took me 6 days and one daily email from me to get a refund processed.

Failed to deliver, promised to refund, 10 tens later nothing. Rather than complain to them again, I'm posting this to the Competition and Markets Commision, as there is no way in this planet that the Merger between Amazon and deliveroo should take place. If anyone else has had money criminally taken away, and can provide evidence please contact the CMA with urgency,

Driver went to a different address… Driver went to a different address (even though they have been many time before) The driver asked me to give him something extra for having to travel 2 miles to my home! He was very rude and threatened not to bring my shopping if I didn't pay him something! He made the mistake! Never using them again!!!!

Waited over an hour for my food to be made (which was not the problem). But straight after that hours wait, the driver picked up my meal and the app instantly went to a “Your food has been delivered”. I waited a little more to see wether they’d show up but they never did. The little map showed that the driver had gone the other way and had parked up just before lying about delivering my food. Once I called, the support was less then helpful, I was lied to about when I’d receive a refund and was pretty much pushed to the side as if it wasn’t a problem. With this lockdown there were no shops around me that had opened and I had no money to get food so I went hungry for the night thinking I’d get my refund the next morning, as the guy on the phone said, but it’s still not arrived after 4 days. I went a day without food just waiting on my refund. So, long story short, I think you need to take a long hard look at yourself as a Company because you’ve clearly skipped over the screening process necessary to weed out thieves like this and have let me and countless others down. I don’t want an apology or to have contact with you after this review, I just want you to get your s**t together and either fire these thieves or go find a job you can actually manage.

We have just ordered a takeaway about an hour ago from High Wycombe TGI Fridays and they have taken the money and not provided the takeaway. Shocking !!! they said that if we don't get the money back in a few days to contact them again????

We have just ordered a takeaway from Deliveroo for a High Wycombe delivery, after about an hour we rang they as we had not received our delivery. They said the order had not gone through, but they had actually taken the money from our account and not provided the takeaway. They said to us ok if you don't get the money back in your account within 3 days call us again??? Shocking!!!
