Deliveroo claim to have delivered my order but no food arrived. Customer service is useless, saying all they can do is escalate it to another dept who will contact me, but didn't.

In Dubai Deliveroo is what is needed! They all come in the time zone stated on the app and are a reasonable delivery price

Absolutely rubbish service, took payment straight away but no delivery driver could collect food! So never received! Don’t waste your Money having deliveries from these!

Food always cold. Last driver couldn't speak enough basic English for me to give converse with. App is hard to use especially if you want to use different address, the app changes your address if you change the order. Had my food go elsewhere. Pricey, better customer service from uber eats. Only thing I like is tracking app.

This company has major issues! The only thing they do is deliver food and they cannot manage to do just that. This is the second time in 2 weeks that my order was left at the wrong address. The drivers are just leaving food anywhere! The customer service is fair at best and they are failing miserably. Better to just cook at home, much less added stress and hassle!

PLEASE TAKE CRITICISM AND IMPROVE. 3 times my order had a missing item it was the bottle of coke. Always. Once the food arrived cold. And the last thing your website the app as well let's say I'm ordering a pizza from pizza hut theirs no option for me to change the toppings of the pizza I think that's bad. Lets say someone is allergic to something and they want to change it to something else or add something extra at least have a option for that its ridiculous.

My son ordered food from your good self on the 3rd and 4th April 2020, Both times the service and delivery was horrible. The Way the food came on both occasions could not be described, as if they have been placed in a tumble dryer before being served. On one occasion we had to wait more than 2 hours for our food to be delivered. Honestly I would never use this service again

I am not able to review restaurants and leave feedback because there seems to be some technical glitch with my account. Apparently you can only leave reviews when you get a 'pop-up' after you order has been delivered, so once that window of opportunity is gone that it. They said there was not much they could do and would apparently pass me on to a 'supervisor'. Seems like a massive oversight on Deliveroo's end that something as simple as reviews are not possible.

My food has been delivered to the wrong address. I never received a call from the driver or anything. I phoned Deliveroo to enquiry about my food and they said they didn’t know, the driver must had delivered it to the wrong address or disposed it. I had to ask on several occasions for them to contact the driver and when they finally tried apparently the driver didn’t answer the phone. The restaurant is now closed and I cannot order again. I was offered the money to be credited back to my account and I had to ask for the money to be reimbursed to my credit card. As a big gesture, all Deliveroo has done is offer me a £2.5 credit on my account. I am a pregnant woman and I was really craving for pizza. You need to train your drivers better, this is not acceptable

With everything going on in the world right now wanted to share the positive experience I had. Food itself was excellent and driver found us easily (lots always can’t find us) And he was really polite. So thank you!

Use deliveroo today for the 1st time was told that my delivery driver was stopped its checkpoint so couldn't deliver my food complete lie really upset there now say 3 days to get my money back never again

Offering a £5 voucher against a not so future order in compensation for completely messing up a food order of hungry hard working NHS workers is a disgrace. Either apologise and admit wrong doing or offer a decent refund of food ordered. And keeping us on the phone waiting for 20minutes for your refund response expecting gratitude was an extra nice touch!!

They took my money and then failed to deliver the order. I emailed them and after several emails they declined to pay me back. I will not be using them again and would have given 0 stars but you can't do that here.

Terrible experience overall. We ordered from Croma in Prestwich Manchester. Food was cold and portions were nothing like what we get when eating in. Complained to Deliveroo who basically said there’s nothing they could do. Poor customer service and not interested in helping. Won’t be using them again. Will now see if Uber Eats is better or as bad!!!

Thanks Deliveroo, you really have been a lifesaver at this time. For those moaning about contact less delivery and their food being left on the floor; get a grip, it’s in a bag and is maybe on the floor for 1 minute , probably the same people going about their day to day business with no concern for others.

This is a complaint on the white male deliver driver who just left the food outside house on the dirty floor with worms!!!! I am not really happy about this and this very rude driver, I paid £5 for this rude and dirty service! Need your urgent help. Thank you. God bless you. Beware! Waste of time and money. Do not order here.
