If I could give a minus rating here I would! In April I had trialled the Deliveroo plus, however, due to being furloughed during lockdown I had cancelled this subscription and my last order with them was on the 29th April. However, I recently started to get emails about not paying my Deliveroo plus and to set this up. Knowing I had cancelled and not used them for ANY takeaways for now 4 months, I had assumed this was a scam. However, after the 3rd email, I checked my account I use for these types of things, seeing they had tried to take the money out 6+ times over 2 months. This now also explains why the last 2 months my credit rating had been dropping! I went onto the app to check what was happening and there it says, I do not have a Delieroo Plus account. So, I sent a nice email explaining this and the trouble they have caused me. Asking for the 2 unauthorised payments to be reimbursed. Only to be sent the most unempathetic email back just stating I'm outside of the 14 days cooling-off period and they would not do this. No acknowledgement, apology or even to try and give an also unacceptable voucher code. NOTHING. just dismissed, as if I have the funds to go around paying £11.49 per month for things and NEVER using it! I'm so shocked and appalled - I and my household will no longer use this service and I suggest you do the same.

I ordered a meal yest/19.8.20 well in advance and I could see on the app it was being prepared.Invited family round for meal, I got a call suddenly when it was due saying sorry another driver collected my order.They don't know who took it or where it is.(Said delivered on app)I don't believe that's the case.Very annoying they let us down just like that.No food but we can refund you 🤨Bad service.Cannot use them again as they let us down,I had to suddenly cook something and we were late going out.Ruined Birthday!!!Had 2 previous problems also,missing item and rude driver.They don't deserve anybodies custom!!!Use another service so you don't have to put up with incompetence!!!

Order was never delivered, no refund, no explanation. I contacted them many times over the month following asking for a refund as the order never arrived, nobody even tried contacting me if it was the case they couldn't find the office. They not only did not issue a refund/credit- they wouldn't give me a reason for it. They said they were deactivating my account for "undue refunds or unreasonable complaints"! I laughed at the beginning of all this in pure disbelief but now I'm just confused! Apparently it's my fault, they don't believe me, won't give me any explanation. I feel like I've been robbed, really horrible feeling.

Appalling customer service and missing over half the order and what was delivered was cold My wife ordered 2 lots of the £25 summer meal deal so £50, only 1 lot was delivered with a receipt for £25 the 1 meal deal that was delivered was stone cold and missing items, she went on live chat with someone who said they could offer deliveroo credit of £37 but not send out the full order again so I phoned and spoke to a chap call Ron who wasn't very helpful either but in the end after about 40 minute's chatting and phoning I was told they would offer a full refund but I have to wait 3 to 5 days, not great service at all, use at your own risk

Super unhappy with our first order via deliveroo ... On Friday we ordered nearly $70 of food from the new Betty’s In Coogee Beach, down the road (order #3104) Via the Deliveroo Ap we watched our order be ready, then Deliveroo waited for someone else’s order to be made... this seems to be the issue ?! When our food was delivered it was stone cold .. I mean cold cold !! We emailed Deliveroo straight away. They responded at 2am in the morning, only stating it arrived in the allocated time frame.. taking no responsibility.. we then had a virtual chat with them, to only be told The same and have the person on the chat say too bad so sad basically ... such terrible service. Now for a real life example, we were just next door to Betty’s last night and observed a number of delivery drivers standing with already made orders and waiting for another order. (In their hands and not even in their insulated bags) We observed them to wait for over 15 minutes, while the original order they have in their hands goes cold.... Seriously this is not ok practice. Betty’s your staff should be sending the drivers away and telling them to come back for other orders. Deliveroo this is your issue as well ! When we only live 500 meters away our food should be HOT !! (And yes we had a reason not to collect our own food on this occasion) I am interested to see if anyone will take some responsibility for this issue ?

Norwich (long water) KFC 2.45PM. Your girl (short, bleach blonde) in a metalic grey/blue astra reg plate MJ07 KFW, finds it acceptable to park in disabled spaces to pick up, despite spaces around the carpark (which JustEat managed to use on multiple of their visits EVEN the empty space right next to the disabled space which was empty throughout my stay) i think its absolutely disgusting, especially when someone had to circle the carpark before they could park, blatent no f's given attitude... I explained to the actual disabled person that the car was only a delivery and the quite able bodied person would probably be gone shortly... Much to their disgust aswell as mine, as my mother is visually disabled so completely relate to the struggle for appropriate parking without ignorant people using them and for business use!!! I will be trying to get this review on yellow pages etc because i dont believe this will be made public but NEEDS to be addressed!!

just placed an order with kfc and within seconds realised I left something out of the order. They would not amend my order or add , but they wanted to add another £5 delivery what a scam Won’t be using them again!

avoid this horrible service and also watch out the subscription for deliveroo plus which you did not ask for it but you are paying !!!!

Said they delivered order, never got it. Then ordered again and they cancelled after 45 mins. So after waiting for 2 hours for food my child was in tears. Had to cab it to get food for her. Unbelievable, atrocious and completely incompetent.

Wrong order delivered. Rider contact was a Leeds number when I live in London. I waited more than 2 hours for restaurant to send my order which arrived by taxi.

Terrible customer service. Unable to write reviews on a very bad order. In this pandemic times every penny counts and it seems that some will take advantage and provide substandard food by the help of deliveroo... Deliveroo app will not easily allow you to voice your opinion on their platform (or if they do, they'll make it extremely difficult)... I regret paying monthly fees to this company who really doesn't care much about customer services.

Absolute disgusting service - A restaurant never delivered my food, they use there own delivery service so Deliveroo can't track or trace. I contacted them after 2 hours and the restaurant owner said it is on its way. I phoned Deliveroo who then contacted the restaurant who then started to say it had been delivered - I had no notification to say it is has and they could not give me a time when it was because it never was, the restaurant manager hangs up me. Deliveroo are taking their word for it and saying they can't refund or give me credit. DO NOT USE. Nothing but scammers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY STOLE £80 FROM TWO DIFFERENT BANK ACCOUNTS, AND THEY REFUSED TO COOPERATE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WHERE RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS IN MY WHOLE LIFE. DESPICABLE! I HAVE GONE OUT OF MY WAY TO TELL ALL RESTAURANTS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. USE UBER EATS OR JUST EAT. WE HAVE CHECKED, AND THEY BREACHED THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS IS A VERY BADLY RUN COMPANY!! #SHUTDOWNDELIVEROO

Ordered to the wrong house several times saying “google maps was down”. I waited almost 2 hours for my order and then realised it said it had been delivered when it wasn’t. So someone’s getting free food (my food) and I’m getting home from a long day of work with no food. Won’t be using them again

MY BANK IS INVESTIGATING DELIVEROO BECAUSE THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT SOMETIMES THREE OR FOUR TIMES A DAY AND HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR MONTHS. FURTHER INTENDING CUSTOMERS BE VERY VERY AWARE THAT THEY WILL HACK YOUR BANK AND STEAL FROM YOU. PLEASE BE INFORMED AND BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Totally terrible service from start to finish. Used them once in the distant past and never again. And now they are taking unauthorised payments every few days. Has their data been hacked? Or is it just inefficiency? I can only advise anyone considering using Deliveroo- don’t. One star- far, far too good.

Today. I decided to close my Deliveroo account when I discovered that all undelivered food via Deliveroo is wasted. Deliveroo differs the responsibilty of undelivered food to their drivers to avoid any additional charges. I got this information from Deliveroo support team which I found extremely disturbing and utterly irresponsible for such a critical player in the food industry today. Whilst hundreds of million if not more than 1 billion people starve today. Deliveroo is wasting food with no sense of responsibility. The least I can do is to stop ordering from Deliveroo until they take the food waste problem seriously.

The website is shockingly awful the page doesn't load until you are scrolling so you end up adding things you don't want and taking away what you do. It's so annoying and the only delivery service that has such a cheap, child like made website. Il be speaking to whom I order from to get in just eat.
