Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible. Still waiting for food after 2 1/2 hours!! Will never use this service again.

Poor quality cold food delivered! Small portion size and definitely not restaurant quality! Reported to deliveroo, their response was an email apology. Not good enough.

This is the worst service I have ever used - I advise to never ever ever use them. They have no morals whatsoever. 2 months ago I spoke to them and they agreed to refund money to my bank account after a lengthy chat on the phone as after 2 hours they still didn't deliver my food and didn't realise the driver had dropped the food and it was not going to be delivered at all! Then my account got hacked into (as many people did over this period) and they STILL haven't processed my refund as they say the "system is blocking them from doing that". After emails asking what is happening they still haven't responded. I'm warning you this is the worst company I ever used. Uber Eats is much much better.

I should have read these reviews before using deliveroo First and last! Absolutely never again Wow! Wow! Wow! Half the order missing And i was promised money refunded in 5 days So now its the waiting game...Shocking service smh

Don't bother! As always, annoyed there is not a zero star rating. I have uninstalled app, customer services are uneducated and ignorant. Food extremely and would not tell me their refund policy. So irritated by their lack of essential skills and courtesy i have returned to their competitors. (that i also dislike, but less so!)

Deliveroo is rubbish: rude service, appalling delivery and overall a bad experience, getting worse by the minute. I have had several issues with them, didn’t get my money back, got sick after one delivery which was the reason I deleted my account. It took three emails and still haven’t had confirmation my account AND data was deleted. Not even a “sorry”. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Forgot a simple drink. Said would take 30/40 Mins for a new drink to arrive while my food would be getting cold!!!

If the option of 0 star was available that's what I'll give deliveroo! Absolutely rude agents with 0 value placed on customers on the live chat.. The rider mysteriously can't find address and his calls goes straight to voicemail after waiting almost 2hours for the food! APPALLING SERVICE!

Ordered food from deliveroo,after one hour they called and told me that my order has been canceled and I have to order again,no reason given!!!!!!. Do not trust them.

Terrible service. My account was hacked and a substantial amount of money was taken from it. Customer service were very difficult to deal with and extremely slow to responded. Was under paid back money that was taken from me .

Would be 0 stars if possibile , I ordered my food and it was saying that will be arrived in 45 min,after that time they add 5 more min and then again and again ,after an hour and 15 min a text them in the chat and they said we don’t find any driver I’m sorry can you cancel your order?And I said ,anyways can still get it even in 15 ,20 min more and he said no,cause the restaurant it’s now close.How that can be possible?!IHow come there are anyone one to delivery the food,and at least if you got no one tell me straight away don’t make me wait 1 hour and 15 min.Unbeliaveable,never again.

Rubbish they take your money then the driver eats your food and says he can't deliver because it's too far.

Food not delivered after 1 hour, customer service person i spoke to was very argumentative and when i told him this and that he was not answering my question which was “so when is my order coming?” He threatened me “this call is recorded you know”. Absolutely worst customer service ever! Spoke to the manager who said she would “handle it internally” and couldn’t give me any other information. They then offered a redelivery which would take 45 minutes (2 hours and 10 minutes after I placed the original order) and 5 pounds credit to compensate. Cancelling my deliveroo plus right now!

Placed order at 3:44pm. No delivery or information till 5:15pm. Live chat said should be delivered in 10-15 minutes. Nothing arrived till 5:40pm at which point I had no choice but to cancel. Extremely poor service as I had two hungry children waiting for two hours for food that was ultimately never delivered.

Very Poor Experience. We booked a takeaway for TGI Fridays around 18:00hrs through Deliveroo. The delivery time was given to us for 18:45 which with it being a half term we thought that was ok. At 20:00 hrs some hr and a quarter past the delivery time we still had not received our meal. They had not even sent a rider to collect it. On checking through the app we had one update which said, we are having difficulty in locating a rider but don’t worry your food is being kept fresh. If it was supposed to arrive at 18:45 and had not even been collected at 20:00hrs it would not bet be that fresh. Who on earth would want their burger takeaway kept warm for some hour and a quarter at least. Extremely poor service, poor updates and on contacting Deliveroo to cancel the order in the end as we made alternative arrangements, extremely poor customer services. Deliveroo is a Very unreliable service. Thank god for Dominoes who delivered within 20 mins.

Shocking service and appalling customer service. Placed my order at 21:35 for delivery confirmed as 22:15, at 22:35 I then get an email to say my order is rejected with no explanation. Limited chase left for food given the time and customer services basically not interested. This is not the first issue I have had with them either, a couple of weeks ago a pizza hut order was dispatched from a branch twice the distance from my local branch meaning my food was cold on arrival, again customer services not interested. DO NOT USE DELIVEROO IF YOU WANT WARM FOOD WITH A RELIABLE SERVICE!

First time deliveroo order placed. Delivery was prompt but one of the pizzas was stone cold & only a third of it was eaten. This was reported to deliveroo who have basically said ‘tough, it was delivered in an insulated bag within expected timescales’. If this was a restaurant, you would have sent the food straight back to the kitchen. This wasn’t obviously an option. Will never use this service again. Their customer service must rank as one if the worst.

I am in the UAE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They took my money twice - I had to wait three days for the funds to be returned and got no food....they had a "technical glitch" on two separate and consecutive occasions - worked for taking my money though...

Wow, what can i say. 1st ever order with deliveroo from Nando's, xscape, Milton Keynes and one i NEVER want to repeat. Out of the 10 items i ordered, 4 items never arrived and 1 item received wasn't even ours. Everything was received cold apart from 1 piece of chicken. I called Deliveroo customer service and well the lady i spoke to was absolutely useless. Didn't bother to offer the food to be sent out and tried telling me Nando's was now closed as of that moment (18:44) when Nando's is open until 10:30 pm. She then proceeded to offer me a compensation credit to my deliveroo account and then went to end the call before i stopped her and asked about what's happening with getting my money back for the items i didn't get. She then told me that was the compensation she had given me. I had to tell her that NO i don't want credit i want my refund into my BANK ACCOUNT. She then apparently processed my request and again tried to end the call. I had to then raise my voice a little to get at least an apology for all that had happened and that my dinner now consisted of a little piece of chicken. I had to ask them what they are going to do to make this debacle up better. She offered my £5 credit to my deliveroo account, i mean honestly what the hell!!! I WILL NEVER USE DELIVEROO AGAIN

First time using the service. Two orders made witha korean and indian. Korean ended up no problem, the indian was first given to a stranger.. Customer services was fine, communication good throughout and they did deal with the failed delivery. The redelivery of the indian also failed. The rider called me. I couldnt understand a word he said. I tried to explain exactly where the guys were sat waiting but he continued to talk over me. The post code used was for a building that my guys were sat outside. I double checked the post code and it was correct. I also gave extra instructions to describe where the delivery was to be made. What could go wrong? The rider kept interupting and interupting without letting me explain where he had to go. In the end, i told him where to go in nit so many nice words but it had to get said. I had a guy starving for food who then ended up not eating at all. Why would you employ someone who does not speak english, has no customer interaction skills? I wont be using again, even though the first delivery did arrive. I may end up with the same failed delivery rider as i had experienced here.
