“Great communication between driver and home. Puppy was transported in a warm, clean van with other dogs. I observed that all of the crates were cleaned- perhaps cleaned when a puppy had an “accident.” Driver was very gentle when removing pup from crate to hand over to new owner.”

“Our puppy, Theodore, was flown into Manassas; "Patricia" called giving us an update on Theo's well-being & also informed us when departing the airfield & again when an hour, half-hour & ten minutes away. She was very thoughtfull, considerate & respectful during delivery & was a real pleasure to interact with.”
