“Give the driver a raise pls! My pup was experiencing extreme separation anxiety and the driver stopped to help calm him. The driver still managed to arrive on time!”

“My puppy, Mitzi, was delivered to our door in Ventura CA by a wonderful driver who was exceptionally careful and a lover of dogs himself. He stayed for awhile to give me some advice and that most of the information was in the material he gave me. Also explained about the dog food and the progression of changing to the type of food we had on hand for our other dog. It was just a wonderful moment to see her for the first time. I had a guest with me who wanted to see her, too, and did remark what an extrodinary thing to have the puppy delivered directly to your house. Now I didn't have to drive for some distance to pick her up. Thank you for the wonderful service provided.!!! Karen Wu”

“Great communication and our driver brought our new puppy to our home safely. Puppy arrived warm and clean despite the trauma of traveling. The driver also helped bring the puppy inside and made sure all.was okay!”

“Daniel called ahead and let us know when our new best friend was to arrive. We were really worried about him and his long travel day, especially as a small breed puppy, but Daniel mentioned that he took him out to play with him and that he ate and drank before arrival. Our puppy immediately started wagging his tail when he saw us, through his carrier, and had obviously been in great hands.”

“Dawn was trying to contact me before she arrived. But was given the wrong number to call. So she arrived at the door about 3:30 with Ada. My two grown kids and I were waiting for her to arrive and surprised when she was at the door. The delivery went well and quickly. I tried to rate Dawn per the card that was left and never found a way at the site given to leave a review. Bottomline you need to check these details,”
