“Good call ahead notice with estimated delivery time. Upon arrival Puppy was happy and content ( after long day of both air and road travel). A lot of very caring professionalism went into this process. I am deeply impressed and hope that I do as good a job of caring for this little guy as Susan did.”

“Georgie was professional, friendly, kind and caring. He called to notify us of his ETA so that we were ready to welcome Lola. He took excellent care of her! She was clean, fed, hydrated and happy when she came home to us! Thank you Georgie and PetCab!”

“Tim was excellent. He notified me as soon as he picked up my puppy (which was one hour & a half away) to let me know she was fine & alert. He kept me informed when he was an hour away & then when he was 30 minutes away. He was friendly & informative upon arrival & my puppy was in perfect condition. He took a great picture of us with our new puppy as well :)”

“Paul kept his vehicle and the crates very clean. Very nice man! Would stop every so often to change her pad in case she had gone to the bathroom. I felt bad for him as the breeder bathed her and when I got her she smelled like she had been living in feces. I had to give her a bath. She smelled so bad that I couldn’t even smell her puppy breath. I can only imagine what his vehicle must have smelled like to transport them. I had to shower after because my clothes and body smelled just awful! Poor baby. She smells much better and is settling in nicely with my other golden girls.”
