“Gary my Pet Cab driver is a great guy he first got in touch with me the night before Eloise was to arrive. On her day of arrival he let me know the plane had come early. Next thing I knew he was in my driveway with a mask and gloves on. He reluctantly handed Eloise over and told me that’s the hardest part. . Thanks Gary Thanks Pet Cab is take you myself but I won’t fit in the crate.”

“The driver was polite and courteous. He called 20 minutes before arrival and called again once he was at the house. He handled the crate and it’s precious cargo very gently”

“I can’t really rate this because I never met the driver! He was pulling away waving as I pulled up to my house . He left the dog with my friend who does live there but I thought he should have waited for the owner who purchased the puppy & check my ID!! But other than that my puppy was safe and is adjusting well. Thanks Cynthia Walter”

Hi, we take customer service to the extreme and would love to talk you you about the overall delivery experience. Your driver that day is one of our best but he did forget to ask for ID after he slipped and fell and as a result was a bit out of sorts. We have private messaged you direct contact information. “From first contact, to delivery at destination, through all steps including sharing the details/specifics of the trip, getting ready for transport, pick-up time and location, and updates during the trip, everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpfull. At no time, I feared for my pet as the RV was in top condition and the drivers were so pet-loving persons. If it was possible I will rate 6 stars as every operation was flawless and perfectly executed.”
