“Our driver was Jan Nolan and she was excellent. She called 50 minutes ahead of arrival given us time to prep so all our attention was available for our new arrival Winnie. Jan had provided Winnie with water and a walk prior to transport. Jan did a great job providing the details on the information and material that came with Winnie and her crate as well as contact information for us, including her phone number if we had any questions. All in all an excellent experience.”

“The delivery part was flawless. Daisy, the driver communicated updates and personal messages throughout my puppy’s journey from the airport. She even included info about my puppy’s well-being and mood. Adam arrived clean and happy. Gary alerted me of flight delays and provided updates on estimated arrival time as well as details on the entire process. The crew was kind, contentious and clearly took care of my puppy. Very satisfied with the delivery portion of the entire process. Thank you!”

“Loved the driver!! Think his name was Jerry perhaps? Sorry, I have puppy brain and the last 24 hours are a blur. He was so enthusiastic and upbeat and welcoming and gracious. I was afraid I would be delayed with traffic and he was so reassuring. I can't sing his praises enough.”
