“Great communication between the driver and myself. They delivered our new puppy exactly at the time promised and there were no issues at all. Very happy and satisfied with the service.”

“Gary was wonderful in both explaining the process, showing great care of our puppy, and giving guidance for when our puppy was delivered. He even called the next day to ensure everything was okay. He was very caring and professional. Abel was also very kind and professional and we appreciated that our puppy was delivered in time. Thank you Gary and Abel! Five star service all around!”

“My puppy arrived from private charter to MA and then delivered to my home in CT. The puppy was clean, dry and in good spirits. The crate he was in was clean and paperwork and food in order. The driver communicated updated time she would arrive and she was very accurate. Most importantly, despite the long day, the little guy was healthy, happy, and well cared for. Thank you!”

“The man who delivered our puppy was so warm and made it very exciting for my kids. I really appreciated that. He also had a Mickey Mouse mask which was amusing.”

“Got all the information confirmed the day before, and the company provided phone numbers to call / text with questions. There was a flight delay, but the company called in advance to keep us updated and then the driver also called before arriving at our place. The driver was really nice and patient as we were trying to encourage our puppy to come out of the crate. Overall - it was a good experience.”

“I was anxious about my puppy’s health and well being as he embarked on his long journey to SF from Indiana. My questions were answered with patience and kindness, and I was given a few updates on the arrival status of my puppy. It’s obvious the team loves puppies! Very grateful that you delivered my pup home safely.”
