“An extremely personal service at every step of the way, our two cats arrived seemingly extremely relaxed - which made the transition to their new home that much easier. We loved getting videos daily, which in turn made our wait for their arrival that much easier.”

“We were blown away by the service from Jim and the transport team. We were coordinating a very challenging move from FL to HI with two dogs, during a pandemic. Not only did we have to minimize interactions with people, but we had to accommodate ever-changing conditions. Jim was extremely understanding and accommodating. At the end of all of this, our biggest concern was moving our dogs from FL to Los Angeles, and it honestly turned out to be the easiest part, and the most heartwarming! The driving teams truly pampered our dogs, kept us updated, and made our boys feel loved. When they met us in Los Angeles days later, our boys were happy, energetic, and well-rested. We can't recommend the services provided by Jim and his team enough! We were truly thrilled and recommend MyPetCab to everyone who has four-legged family members! *We utilized services from the Jacksonville Hub to the Los Angeles Hub. Considering the circumstances within the pandemic, we had to make our own arrangements for pet flights from LA to Honolulu. However, in hindsight, if timing had worked, we would have been very happy to use MyPetCabs partnership services for this portion as well!”

“The woman who delivered my puppy was amazing! Called me as soon as she picked him up to let me know she was on her way. She also took the time to tell me how he was doing. She was very friendly and really put me at ease. She continued to be great when dropping him off. She was excellent!”

“It was awesome. Tim was very nice person. He didn't just give us our puppy and leave. We like that he was enthusiastic for us, alway referring to our new arrival as special new family member. He was all this while maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask. We were very appreciative that he took such good care of our Nani and so empathetic to our excitement. He took a good picture too! Thank you.”

“You guys were great! The best part of the whole process was when my puppy was in your hands! Gary was amazing as a delivery driver! He actually had tears in his eyes when he said goodbye to our Great Dane puppy. Thanks My Pet Cab!”

“Daisy was our driver and she was nice about texting us her arrival schedule ahead of time and also just before she reached our place. I also received calls before the flight landed to keep me updated on the ETA. Overall great service and highly recommended.”

“Hello, I am so excited welcome to my dear new puppy arriving today, he was very happy and a beautiful puppy 🐶 I have never had a puppy in US over 40 some years! “I am so grateful to the My Pet Cab team. Dean the driver took great care of my new puppy and was very kind as well as professional. I was kept updated with all the details of how and when my puppy would be delivered. I was worried since it was my first time having a service like this. I received a call the night before with the estimated time. The day of arrival a very nice lady called me with an updated time since the flight was delayed. Dean the driver called me when he was on his way and then when he arrived at my building. My puppy was clean, well fed and hydrated. I’m very happy with My Pet Cab!”
