“Kate confirmed with me, the prior evening. The next morning she (again) called me, to let me know...she arrive at my home within 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, she was here with my brand new little girl. She was sweet, friendly and helped me to welcome my bundle of joy. Including, anything I needed to know..that arrived with her. She is a keeper!”

“Wonderful experience. My contact with the driver started right when my pet arrived at the airport. She was so kind in calling and letting me know how cute my puppy was (and she truly is!). She brought me the puppy in her arms and was as excited as I was. Such a great 1st experience for me and my puppy in her new forever home”

“Our coordinator Bob and driver Tim both provided proactive communication the day before we got our puppy until she arrived to our home. They were very clear with details, very personable and friendly, and took many steps to safely bring our fur-baby to us. She was fed, clean, and very happy when she arrived. Thank you!”

Thanks for the review. MyPetCab does not control the delivery dates of the puppies. We take over at the airport and delivery the puppies sent our way by the company you worked with to add your new family member . We will pass along your concern. Congrats on your new addtion!
