“I was pleased with the promptness and communication but not attentive enough to the condition of the puppy. When my puppy arrived she was cold, shivering and wet. Her paws were like ice cycles. I feel if she was given appropriate review upon retrieving her from the airport her unfavorable condition could have been rectified.”

“The driver was friendly and timely. The puppy arrived pretty beat, and had throw up on her. She also arrived very thirsty. Overall, we were happy to get our new puppy safe & sound.”

“My Pet Cab was amazing. The driver kept in contact with me when there was a delay, and let me know a timeframe he would arrive at my house. This was a great experience for me, and I was very impressed with the communication from the driver.”

“Communication was great - kept me apprised of our puppy's schedule and updates which helped ease our anxiety about the travel. Tim brought the puppy to the front door and gently introduced Luna who very quickly adapted to her new environment. This is how I know she was well cared for in the transportation - Thank you!”
