“I wouldn't be arriving until a few days after my dog and so he would be going into kennels until I arrived. Starwood had to find a second flight that would accept him and his giant sky kennel on a flight from London to Manchester and then transport him over the Pennines to the kennels. Luckily they were able to do this and have him kenneled at Manchester Airport. The driver who picked him up at my house and took him to the airport was wonderful and surprisingly my boy got into the van without hesitation and sent me a photo of his arrival at the airport. Just a huge thank you to you all at Starwood on both sides of the "pond".”

“Shipping a pet is super stressful, however the staff all made sure we were kept informed and even sent pictures of our babies. Their care helped alleviate the stress.”

“Although we were sent to an incorrect address in downtown Miami. Not a good start when you don't know the area and are stopping local folk for directions. there is a big difference between Ave and St in that area. They flew our dog safely to the UK so would recommend them for peace of mind.”

“Great communication during the transportation of the dogs, pictures were sent at the lay over which made me feel so much happier and then contact at Manchester was also great. Sarah was very helpful before the traveled, the paperwork was very confusing and Sarah has to put up with panicked phone calls from me and she was great.”

“I settled on starwood after using jet-a-pet. Both companies did the proposed job well, but Starwood were more flexible with deliveries from the airport and about $200 less expensive overall. I explored using Starwood in the UK so as to keep it all with one supplier, but the UK branch was more expensive than other local suppliers.”

“Everyone at Starwood was a pleasure to deal with. Professional and kind. I had the feeling that I was dealing with people who knew how to handle anything, and that our babies would be in good hands. Since we were shipping 16 dogs and 1 cat, it was a unique situation with a ton of crazy logistics. Everything worked perfectly and everyone of our dogs and cat arrived safely! I have written a review on Facebook as well, highly recommending Starwood to anyone needing to ship their beloved animals. Thanks again guys, you rock!”

“We used Starwood to relocate our 'boys' from New York to London and I only have great things to say about the service. I called about 6 companies for quotes, and Starwood called me within about 10 mins. Everything was explained fully and I was given a range of options and prices. They were far and away the most impressive. We felt reassured and confident every step of the way. Ashley kept us up to date with everything and Christina and Anthony even allowed our dogs to stay with them whilst waiting for their flight. The dogs arrived in great shape and none the worse for the experience. I would happily recommend Starwood unreservedly. “It has been 6 months since we moved from Seattle to the UK and I am still so glad we chose Starwood. I was very nervous about moving our two cats such a long distance, but they truly took care of everything and were professional and compassionate along the way. My relocation was mostly managed by my employer, so I had specific flight requirements and Starwood was able to work with them. Our cats arrived looking more rested and relaxed than me, and we had no troubles with documentation.”
