“I received a call the day before to let me know my time window. Ray called me right before to let me know he was on his way. Ray showed up on time right at the beginning of my window. My puppy was in good spirits upon arrival!”

“We were so please with the communication with Pet Cab and just how we knew exactly when to expect our new fur baby to be here. He was placed in a larger crate for his ride, for his comfort. We are so grateful for having such a kind person to deliver our Dallas to us. Thank you! Randy and Faye H”

“The driver was very kind and personable. My girls were so excited to receive their new puppy and he treated my kids as they were his own. He even helped take the pup out of his crate and handed it to them personally. He cleaned up an accident our pup had in his crate which was very kind and thoughtful. Peeked inside the van, very clean and organized.”

“Patricia was excellent! She called me en route. The time frame given to me was within schedule, and she kept me updated. I couldn’t thank her enough for my precious little puppy, Dreamer. Thank you! He came as happy sweet and loving ready for lifetime of cuddles.”

“My Pet Cab did a great job with delivering our new puppy. The driver called to inform me of the estimated arrival time. She was prompt, courteous and informative. We could tell that our puppy had been in great hands. I would have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you!”
