“Awesome, the driver brought home my puppy I was so excited. He called me before arriving with my fur baby. And told me how my puppy was during the ride. He fed and watered my puppy. I loved the experience”

“Our whole experience of Starwood was excellent. Ryan was informative about the whole process, answered all of our questions, and kept us up to date as Indie traveled from the US to the UK. The delivery driver was also very professional and friendly, while maintaining social distancing because of COVID-19. We would recommend Starwood to anyone wishing to relocate their pet - five star service.”

“Our driver was excellent! He called us ahead of time and came one time! He made the experience as easy as could be! My children were outside waiting for their new fur ever friend and the driver really helped keep the excitement and happiness going!”

“Delivery was cordial, timely, and expedient. Combined with the air transport, my new puppy arrived on May 30 at 9:30 AM. The original estimate was for his arrival on June 3 at 1:40 PM. That's 4 days and more than four hours earlier than estimated. I'd say that is "Excellent" service.”

“After learning about a crazy travel scenario for my puppy that lasted more than 24 hours in multiple cars and a plane, My Pet Cab was wonderful. Kate was so nice, so reassuring and seemed genuinely excited for us to get our puppy (and for our puppy to get to us) after such a long journey.”
