“I was a bit nervous about my new puppy Bella traveling from Missouri to NYC by herself. When she landed, I got a call from my driver right away and he gave me a time estimate! He called me right when Bella arrived to my apartment and had already cleaned our her crate. Overall a great experience!”

“Driver was courteous and friendly. Puppy was a little messy and had to be given a bath. Not having done this before we're not sure if that was to be expected.”

Sorry we were not able to earn a five-star review from you. As the transport company hired just to bring your new puppy from the NJ airport to your home, we try our best to clean each dog at the airport before making the final journey to your house. Some dogs go to the bathroom in their crates after this step and sadly arrive at you a little stinky from their journey. We hope you are enjoying your new family member!!

“I was very anxious to get my puppy. I knew when the plane landed and about how long it would take to get to my home. I’m not one to criticize but I would love to have had a phone call to inform me earlier in the day about the approximate ETA. The gentleman who delivered was very professional and kind”

“Tracy was very nice. I have to admit I was nervous with delivery of my puppy. I bought and paid for a dog 2 years ago. Well no dog. I got duped. No dog. But Allen made it safely to my home. Thank you very much. He is a joy”

“Thank you so much for delivering my new puppy to me this week. The day that he was delivered was very hot and we were concerned about the long drive from the Bay Area. But the driver assured us that the puppy was cool and comfortable in his crate in her car. Also, she was able to tell me something about the puppy's character, so I know that she was taking good care of her charge. Thank you for such excellent service!”
